I use straps so that I can go to 550 on my bb shrugs and other lifts like that. No way the wrist can support that weight without them at my point. By the time I got my wrists to that point I would be loosing a lot of valuable time and not developing other areas to their full potential.

I have really been out of the loop since Monday, haven't heard from him. I leave out again this Sunday but should be able to get online at the hotel I am at in the evening since they have free wifi at least. The company will not pay for wifi access and I cannot access bb.com from any of our office locations. They filter anything with supplements lol.

I honestly think people should hammer their forearms 2x a week for a duration. I did this and my grip turned around.
although I haven't gotten to 500 range yet but I got to 405 ...doing rack deads and 120 dumbbell shurgs without my wrist failing because of this. At least not until I managed a good rep range...8-12....
And I used straps up until this point

Pretty decent work out. Took longer than expected. Head wasn't in it too much today due to a long day at work and I felt that affected performance somewhat.-No I in Team-

Hey what's up man. Pineapple is ok taste is not bad by any means can't complain.
I think I have noticed a slight increase in strength. Maybe I'm not a big responder in that department. Endurance very much so. About 2/3rds through my bottle. Other users seem to getting a lot of PRs in strength.
Guess your package never arrived yet huh? When ever ya get it just jump in and you can finish off the log or start your own all up to you.-No I in Team-

alright I guess yours might be the last one that got lost. We had some problems with our shipments after hurricane irene caused massive power outages for some warehouses and shipping companies. Resend me your shipping info and I'll get it to our shipping department ASAP so we can get you logging finally!
Sorry about the delay on this, but we'll get it fixedACE CPT
