Biggest slump that I got in was in feb(family trouble) and went on an eating binge(13-14 thousand cals a day for two weeks) and I gained 6 ounces. Normal diet is around 4 thousand.
That's the only time I went off my diet. I was bloated as ****, but all the running kept me lean. I'm now about 25 lbs lighter than I was in February.

Yea, it's tough. The stress of school is making me want to slip into my old habits again.
Brb, eating feelings...but I can't do it anymore. I dun goofed for the first few weeks, but I feel like I'm starting to get my swag back.
I guess the break from dieting was needed. Helps to try new routines too. I'm madly in love with plyometrics these days. So much fun yet so painful.

I think this is because women are more likely to feel threatened if one of their fatty friends gets hot. If a dude's fatass friend turns into a beast, he's more likely to say "YEAH I ROLL WITH THIS MONSTER!" than "oh my god, carl is such a bitch ever since he lost all that weight."
