While he gets props for actually puttin up and walkin the walk instead of just talkin the talk with no proof , nobody made up , Im simply gonna beat him in the deadlift comp and the squat comp and more than likely pwn him here too

This vid fails on several level but im posting anyways. More practice on taking vids required as i have never used my camcorder. First i did this weight then pyramided down and then started inclines. Realized first vid was of ceiling only so reracked bench and redid. Do not expect this to count, so no worries. 255 @174 lbs. I have not had many lifts lately and will never hold this low of bodyweight...

Just trying to keep contest integrity. That was a strong ass lift, but it appeared to have a pretty big bounce or maybe it was the bad angle??? If nobody else cares, then I don't either. I just want to keep the contest on a level playing field.

Thoughts?
