Start by eating at a caloric deficit. you'll lose weight faster than you think bro.

First of all OP, it takes a lot of courage to ask such a question on the internet and post a photo as well. You didn't go to some diddly dandy forum filled with politically-correct feminists and beta males, you came to the misc. So props to you for that.

I've seen transformations where dudes who looked like you became legit aesthetic after (a) losing weight, (b) lifting for a couple years, (c) losing their glasses, and (d) getting a legit hairstyle. Just yesterday a miscer posted a thread with before and after shots and he went from legit ugly-looking overweight Trekkie with glasses and an afro to looking like an aesthetic lifting bro.

You have potential bro. Don't get too down in the dumps. I can see some real potential. Just put in work man. Your appearance will improve, your health will improve, your confidence will improve, and your personality will improve. You only have one life, you need to make the best of it. It's still not too late for you.
