Switching to a UpperA/LowerA/UpperB/LowerB split inspired partially by Kelei's older programs and blended with my current training.
The past few weeks of my training has been lighter weight to failure with some volume. Now, getting back toward frequency and intensity, with the occasional high rep stuff.
