I hope this helps some of you. Lately I have been doing the following..
10:45 PM - Wake up drink 28 ounces of water & have black coffee w/ hazelnut creamer/Splenda
Get to work by Midnight
12:30 AM - 1 gala apple
3 AM - 6 oz chicken breast, romaine lettuce w/ 2 TBSP FF dressing
7 AM - 1 gala apple
8 AM - Get off work to go lift
Misc: I work in valet parking & so I am pretty active.. those 2 apples, the 6 oz chicken w/ salad keeps me full for 8+ hours.. & it is very little calories.. just some food for thought
I was doing Fiber One bars instead of apples for a while but apples takes care of some micros for the day.. both work for me tho

Ah, Sweet potato fries, I started making those just before I started keto, they used to be so damn good!
Manic monday is here, it's always such a struggle making it to the gym on mondays sigh!=================

So this meal is keeping me super full for a long time.. I used to cook my proats but now I just eat it raw
Take 1/2 cup of oatmeal (40g) & add in 1/2 scoop whey proton & mix in a drop of water.. mix & eat
The best thing is.. it keeps you full/satiety & is only about 200 calories!
I'm sure this is not new but I will make proats a staple since I'm cutting
I wanna try making strawberry banana flavored proats or something different than my usual chocolate
