Consider e-mailing company that you got Straps from, saying you have break on video.

I had http://www.werksanusa.com/Blue-Strap...tinfo/STRAP+H/ those, and they broke mid-Snatch pull once. I told them I had the break on video, and if there is any replacement. They sent me another pair for free. Makes sense, since otherwise I would have posted that video online, and gave them bad rep(real life negging). Might want to consider that for yourself.

Maybe WerkSan would have sent another pair regardless though, idk.

they were 3$ harbinger straps, not to worried about the money, I have needed some nicer ones any way. Im going to get a nylon pair like the russians use for cleans and such

anyone ever get imbalances/tighteness on one side from split jerks?

i dunno if it's from split jerks but now my right hip is constantly tight; whenever I squat or jerk my stance starts off with right foot slightly behind left

Have you tried weighted shoulder dislocations? Those were the ticket to regaining shoulder stability after surgery for me.

also double with 90% of my CnJ at 126. Easy but i missed the 2nd rep, went for it again immediately and hit it.

Wrist has healed so now i can squat jerk again. 1 week in and i am hitting squat jerk PR's every day

I use the shoulder extension and front rack one, do them with internal rotation and external rotation, lean away to get extra stretch..

my shoulder goes from clicky and stiff to smooth and chinese flexibility

Hit 302lb full clean for two very quick doubles today. Legs were incredibly sore from bicycling and heavy volume front squatting the day before. I feel like rested up for a few days I could probably knock out 315 for a double for a few sets next week.
