Lol beat me to it. Yeah Wendler's writeup was for 3 months. Once Im done, Ill take a long hard look in the mirror and if Im comfortable with my composition, Ill run another 3 months. I dig it.
Im still getting used to them, so its a little awkward. At first you think its not bad, but if you keep form as the rep/set counts go up yeah they get pretty interesting.Team Never Full

I often eat the same meals for a couple straight days (to use up all the wraps, muffins, etc), and my sludge has been pretty consistent with mixins etc. so I figured people would get sick of seeing pictures of the same thing over and over (as I know I do).
Lately carb sources have been Faltout wraps, English muffins, sludge mixins (Cinnamon toast crunch, cinnamon teddy grahams, Trader Joe's triple ginger cookies), oats, pumpkin, carrots, mushrooms, and asparagus. Oh and of course the semi frequent ice cream/gelatoTeam Never Full

Just want to say thanks for the advice yesterday Irish and I will be heeding it. I hope I didn't come across as lewd; just a bit stressed out as you can imagine.
Thanks againTeam HALEO™ Rep
