That's really good news Klax. Almost inspiring enough to make me start training legs hard again. But not quite.

so in January we're switching from our current bookkeeping software to **********. i don't think it'll mess with me too bad, but here's hoping it doesn't screw with me too much. in quarter 2 we're planning to switch payroll companies and that IS going to **** with me...

Lower body it's too early to tell. I've been training legs for only 6 days.
Upper body, yes. Arms have grown a little in the time that I was actually consistently training, which sadly since surgery hasn't been often.
I love BFR. I don't think I'll ever stop using it now that I've found my groove with it. It's a great finisher to a workout.
Haha, no he actually said it like he was assuming my form was solid.
Interesting tidbit I learned today. My surgeon took part of the bone from my tibia at the end of my graft and used it to fill the void where my patella tendon was removed from. I always wondered by I felt like there was a slight notch missing from my shin. Heh...I guess that answers it.
I was giving your high-maintenance arse a more in depth reply...dick.

Just hit the nastiest workout I've had in months all thanks to 700mg of caffeine.
... And now I'm sitting here at home, trying to shovel in as much food as I can... I might even take a nap with a bunch of carbs next to my bed, wake up, munch on them, then go back to sleep... Then do it again. All of the possibilities. Such endless possibilities to be gluttonous.

interesting to hear. from what others have said about it it seemed like it wasn't worth the risk. i guess it's that thing about being safe and knowing what you're doing...

Lifting while listening to Manowar... feels epic.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
