An extra 100 kcal/day is a fart in the wind man. Could easily be explained by being uncomfortable, feverish, and going to the toilet every few hours to vomit.

I just got my BMF registered and working yesterday after work (4:10 pm). I put it on and went to go work out. I did chest for about an hour then did 30 minutes of a mixture of fast uphill walking and jogging. Plugged it back in this morning and had the Activity Manager estimate that my activity while the BMF was off my arm (from 5:30am - 4:10pm) that my activity was sedentary (which is obviously conservative). It had my burn at ~3100 kcals. I thought my maintenance was around 2500 but I did go through a period where I was under eating which might have had an impact on my maintenance. For the past few months I have been eating more and saw an initial jump in when but have seen it kind of hold steady at around 181 ± 2lb. I'll be interested to see how much I burn while having it on all day.

Oh and the sleep data is pretty cool too!

Right, obviously Im familiar with that angle. Im just curious if you can save a single day's report as a pdf. etc. if I wanted to share it with someone to show them what the program is like. By time you expand the charts, to printscreen it takes several pages as a jpg.

Today was the first day I wore the BodyBugg. It was raining all day so I literally sat on my @ss the whole day. The only physical activity I got was going to the gym from 6:30-7:45pm. I predicted I burned somewhere between 2500-2600 calories, and set up my macros for 2700-2800 calories.

Based on the BodyBugg output, I was spot on. It calculated that I burned 2545 calories. The graph at the bottom shows that I was burning 1.4 calories per minute sitting at work all day, 5 calories per minute at the gym, and 10 calories per minute while jogging for 5 minutes (that's the peak that you see around 7:45PM). It also counted 6,085 steps.

Overall, I would say it's very accurate and that I'm impressed! Now I'm eager to see the results from slightly more active and significantly more active days.

These things are pretty darn accurate at all times except driving. It's definitely helping me not go too far below maintenance on really active days.. Looking leaner everyday.

8.5k again today (just uploaded) but only 2802 burned... odd considering I was just as active as the last two days, if not more considering this was the day with my classes spread the furthest out.

DefiningMoments move the bodybugg off of your fapping arm. That way it can give you a more accurate number of steps.

And damn you active people with your 15k of steps per day! Good job tho
