I've never seen Chocolatito fight at this pace before. He's always a pressure fighter but usually not at this pace.

Yeah, I agree with him that Choco won but the way he calls Cuadras defense "running" is stupid.

The way Chocolatito was cutting off the ring in the first 3/4 of that fight was unlike anything I'd ever seen before. It's like he was on a string connected to Cuadras. Cuadras couldn't get away. I've never seen that type of pressure before. Understandably so, Chocolatito got tired towards the end and probably gave up 3-4 rounds overall but the outcome was never in doubt in my mind. What he did tonight was impressive against a bigger guy who IMO was probably on juice tonight lol

I can't believe how stupid some boxing fans are (especially some of the biased Mexicans). I've been seeing tons of posts on youtube and boxing forums that it was a robbery for Roman Gonzalez and that Cuadras won. Some are even saying he dominated Chocolatito. I'm wondering wtf they were watching?

So many ppl don't know how to score fights, they think the only thing that matters is whose face is more swollen and cut at the end of a fight.

lol THIS. I know we don't have a huge boxing following here but on other forums the haters are rampant. For me it was 9-3 or at MOST 8-4 for Chocolotito. What he did tonight was very impressive considering the circumstances.

Boxing brahs, what's your opinion on sparring guys that are significantly bigger than you? Does this develop good or bad habits?

The dude is probably 6 inches and 70lbs heavier than me but I am decently faster so I usually am working on good footwork/staying moving, and keeping my hands eye + slipping or blocking punches.

I will say, it takes a lot more cardio to stay in there with a taller opponent.

whaaa? bs stoppage? you do realize that brook's corner threw the towel right? he was going to lose his eye if they didnt. it was a good call by his corner, any longer and there would have been permanent damage. GGG didnt look good this fight, they said he was sick but who knows. I am looking forward to GGG and jacobs actually. jacob's last lost was against pirog, a fuking beast before he retired. and that was long ago, jacobs should be way better now, but coming from major surgery is hard.

I like the guy too, but it's becoming too much. The drugs, the Ped's, the mental issues. I think the dude is really skilled, and I find him funny, but he's directly responsible for all of this. He needs to get clean, get his head together and come back stronger than ever.
