    I've used Several

After reading this thread back when there were only 30 pages or so, I saw a lot of reps for Ergopharm so I ordered 3 2lb tubs of Ergopharm GF-Pro.

Currently immediately after workouts I drink 2 scoops (approx 40g of protein) of Ergopharm Gf Pro Whey Protein Isolate Orange Cream or Raspberry Lemonade. I must say that the Raspberry is much tastier to me than Orange Cream and I wish i'd bought two tubs of it instead of the orange.

The effectiveness of this protein is noticable immediately. I feel my muscles apprecating it after my first sip following an intense leg or chest workout. I've been making some decent gains with it, first I leaned out and now i'm adding some weight.

I probably add around 2-3lbs of muscle/month currently and since I have an ectomorph bodytype thats pretty decent.

Before I sleep, I drink a Cytogainer (2 scoops) with 6oz of fat free milk. This also seems to help me wakeup feeling less sore.

I've ordered a bunch of new proteins to try out here in the future.

    On the horizon:
    Syntha-6
    Prolab cinnamon oatmeal
    Syntrax Nectar
    VPX Graham Cracker

Wouldn't threads like this make a little more sense if there was some sort of report for the results?

Having to go through 50+ pages of posts for a popular opinion is a little tedious

    Great idea.. poorly executed.

I don't find it to be that bad.... I usually just read thre first few and the last few pages. However if you were someone that actually went through and read all that then i could see where you're coming form.

The more opinions there are the more help it is to me : )

Optimum 100% Whey Protein is GREAAATTTT !!! I have been using this for about 6 months and in order for this to work for your gains it should be used in between meals to keep your protein in check. I take atleast 2-3 times in a day eat morning 3 hours later whey, eat a good lunch, 3 hours later whey , eat dinner 2-3 hours later another shake. I use two scoops in 2% milk. If you want to get big you have to feed your body!! Take a multi-vitamin. and drink plenty of water atleast 8 glasses in a day.

You will find that most people have a negative attitude towards muscle tech products. They may be decent products, but you can find other products-including protein powders to be just as good for a fraction of the cost.

Waayyyy too much IMO. Some people think you need mad amounts of protein but i'd say 1g/lbs is fine. And that is a big chunk of your weight. Also if you take it in 2 cups of milk it would be 74g total. Or do you take it with water?

And just take 1 serving within 2 hours or so (people say right after but it really doesn't have to be) of working out. You don't need it ASAP.

Honestly I'd do neither. I'd get a whey/casein blend like Syntha or ISS Micellar Matrix or even Ultra Peptide 1.0/2.0. But UP may have too much casein if you want to use this PWO (51% to 49% casein to whey). I'd go with UP though if you aren't using it PWO.
