Yay for the bench feeling better. At least you know it's more of a mental thing than an imbalance.
Boo for feeling hungry during a workout though, after is fine, because you're done and can grab a snack. I hate pushing through a workout when I'm hungry. I'm way more focused on what I'm gong to fill my guts with. >.<
I hope the change in isos helps you feel more motivated. I don't change my full workout all that often, but changing an exercise or two can be a nice change of pace. Swapping in front squats has made me more excited for my LH days.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

I like using dumbbells for bench as well as the bar - I can't lift as much, but the extra instability from having to control two weights is helpful, I reckon. I like skullcrushers for triceps - don't know if they're on the list but they're great! also you could try weighted tricep dips maybe?

Doesn't mater too much which ones you pick. I might consider tate presses for the triceps.
You can't help the hopeless.

Weekly weigh in: 119.8 (-0.4lb)
Okay so I am a bit stuck in terms of what to do...I'm wondering whether or not I should lower calories to 1500 or stay at 1600. My moving average has decreased since the beginning of the cut but seems to have plateaued a bit over this past week. I'm not sure whether to give it another week at 1600 and see what happens. I'm conscious of not being too hasty but also don't want to stall. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks

Went for a 4.5 mile walk today. Some steep hills, despite the guide saying it was a 'steady incline'! All good for the heart though. This place was a new one we decided to check out, and a little further than we normally go (1 hour each way in the car).
My head feels full at the moment so it definitely helped to be out in the fresh air
I decided further to my post above that I will stick with 1600 calories for the next week just to be sure what's happening with my weight. I don't want to drop to 1500 unnecessarily and end up losing weight too quickly (and my mind in the process!).

Lovely pictures - reminds me of where I'm from (Herefordshire - I live in Edinburgh now). What a beautiful autumn day. We've had a cracker up here too - clear blue skies, crisp cool air.
PS not ignoring your diet question, I just don't feel qualified to comment on that sort of thing so I rarely do! But I think your moving average shows a plateau to reflect the raise in your actual weight between weeks 15 and 19 ( I assume they're weeks?) whereas your actual weight has dropped quite sharply from week 21 onwards. On that basis I'd stay on 1600 and see what happens. Again, NB: based on no knowledge at all, apart from a basic understanding of graphic statistical representations! My shambolic training journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172504741

Ah wow, didn't realise you were from not-so-far-away
Yes, my weight dropped a few pounds initially which I think was perhaps water weight/lower carbs. At the moment it seems to get to the weekend and it drops a bit, then rises slightly and hovers there. It did drop again a bit yesterday and has risen slightly today but I guess if the overall trend is showing a decrease then I should stick with it. Think sticking with 1600 for the next week seems sensible and then see what happens. Thanks- Fallen Angel -

Mine's a cheap chitty Walmart scale, that doesn't have the option to calibrate it, and is always off 2-3.5lbs. I bring it to my room, as my treadmill is a more even surface than most of the floor in this house, then weigh my 25's to see how off it is that day, then weigh. Lol. I'd love to have a more accurate one, but I'd still have the problem of things not being level. It works though.

It's a pain isn't it!
Thanks
The bathroom scales stand on ceramic tiles so you'd think they'd be pretty even. I'll make sure there's no wobble in the scale before weighing myself. Once I do that it seems okay.
Thanks! I did it all by myself - apart from reading a whole tutorial on the interwebz lol
And of course you can still be in the cool kids gang!
I'm quite happy to stay higher for the time being too ha ha!- Fallen Angel -

Felt tired this morning. Had the most chitty dream that I was in danger and there were people after me with guns! Woke up feeling like cr@p. Squats were pretty sucky this morning. First 1-2 reps in each set tended to be ok but on the third rep I was leaning forward too much on the way down despite really focusing on it which made it tough AF coming back up. I’ll see how I go on Friday but might reduce the weight a bit to get the form down.
Bench felt a bit chit again too and there were times where the bar wasn’t touching my chest fully, just kind of brushing my t-shirt. I think this is because I am a bit paranoid that the bar isn’t going to go back up. Failed the final rep in the final set as rang out of energy. I’m going to reduce the weight slightly on Friday and get the form sorted.
Deadlifts felt good. I filmed them to make sure my back was okay and it looked good to me so I’ll increase them next time.

I feel you on the sleep issues. I tend to remember dreams more when I'm having trouble dreaming, and the worst ones are floods. Had a flood dream recently, but it was sort of amusing, because there were two cows kinda floating in the waves, chilling out. lol. Other than that, there's usually always a problem, usually on a big, world ending scale, but if it's not that it's still some sort of problem. Usually something that makes me wake up mad at Jay. >.<

Thanks, it's not too often that deads don't feel good. Plus, they kind of make up for when squats and bench suck!
I hate it when dreams leave you feeling weird/p!ssed off. Sometimes I can hardly remember my dreams but I wake up feeling chit so I assume I have had a bad dream of some sort. I used to have a lot of dreams where I was falling, and I hate the feeling of falling which is why I don't go on rollercoasters. Not had a falling dream for a while though. Bet I'm bound to have one now lol!- Fallen Angel -

Lol, I've had that before too. Usually at some point I'll remember having a dream, but not enough about it to know what it made me mad.
Rollercoasters scare the fluff out of me, but I don't like being a buzzkill on the rare occasion we go to an amusement park, so I deal. It gets better after the first few. I don't like falling dreams, because you tend to jerk awake, and that sucks slightly more than just waking up.
I actually had another flood dream last night, but it was a much calmer flood, lol. At least this time I wasn't scared for my life. More like "oh, it's flooded, that'll take awhile to go away." >.<PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs
