No but I was an exceptional medical case. Test levels were rock bottom due to chronic insomnia and starvation so any benefits were counteracted.

I've had 200+ day streaks before and the benefits were utterly mindblowing, however.

So after reading all this no fap **** on MISC I decided to give it a try. Honestly the first few days where easy, altough I had to make a consious decision not to fap, it didnt take all that will power. Problably around the 4th or 5th day I started noticing that I had a semi every time I would go take a piss.
