had a sample of green mag a while back. only times i buy creatine hcl or designer is times when they are offered as bogos. But as I reiterate, 9/10 a pwo has a propped creatine or one with amounts so ill add in the rest if i have to, and i dont do that as much. Have seen guys take 10 g a day and told them they were just p*ssing creatine away.

you try Blue Star nutraceuticals PowerXD? come in pill form and a creatine that gives no bloat, solid strength gains with it.

Never tried powerxd want to in the future

I have used Blue Star Nutraceuticals fat burner Blade and the pre-workout PPK but never PowerXD. An impressive claim saying that you can gain up to 10lbs. from one run with it.

would be interesting to see if it did produce those results

Same here only creatine I have used has been in my pre-workouts. Was surprising the gains we experiencing just off of creatine back then.

my experience was really good so I'd pick up Power XD again, but nowadays im good going with my pre-workout's creatine. also with some proteins having it as well, creatine is becoming something i use less in bulk methods, Ive bumped agmatine and just food up as far as stuff I get.

I had the baby 100 g creatine sampler tub from an allmax promo (20 day serving) and I stretched it to 5, 6 months cus of how little i used. I also have Blue Star P.P.K. which has 3 g creatine so that's one month right there.

Of the joint supplements that I have used, it is the second best one so far. Formutech Flexible, my favorite, has Cissus to dull overuse pain.

Take a little break to see if some aches/pains show up from stopping Cissus. If they do, I believe the cissus just numbs the pain and doesn't help with healing.

They threw lenny kravitz for the rock factor as these days it is pop music and more female oriented half time shows, commercials...no wonder the ratings were at all time highs. There was a time a few yrs ago when it was nothing but geriatric rock acts at the half time show.

At least until I get settled into another resistance training program. Got lucky this time and did not get a withdrawl headache. My only caffeine was my pre-workout.

Did not feel as tired today. Hopefully my body is adapting. My sleep has not changed so it could not be that.

tried the applied nut. black cats and gathering my thoughts on it from using it last week, didnt use it but for one session it is not a hard core energy capsule, but more toned down. My coordination was improved also noticed my mood was better. It'd be a good pre that does not give you that pumped feeling and those looking for something with low stims.
