before i used pre workouts creatine was all i needed tbh.
i went with their dosing protocol of one dose of 1.5 g pre and one right after a session, the big bottle lasted less than 30 days though going by those directions (best results).
really bumped my bench considering it was a couple months after i was starting to lift again, after 6 months out.Gabber Crew since 2005

my experience was really good so I'd pick up Power XD again, but nowadays im good going with my pre-workout's creatine. also with some proteins having it as well, creatine is becoming something i use less in bulk methods, Ive bumped agmatine and just food up as far as stuff I get.
I had the baby 100 g creatine sampler tub from an allmax promo (20 day serving) and I stretched it to 5, 6 months cus of how little i used. I also have Blue Star P.P.K. which has 3 g creatine so that's one month right there.
yeah the choc covered banana was really good, its a really good combination.Gabber Crew since 2005

tried the applied nut. black cats and gathering my thoughts on it from using it last week, didnt use it but for one session it is not a hard core energy capsule, but more toned down. My coordination was improved also noticed my mood was better. It'd be a good pre that does not give you that pumped feeling and those looking for something with low stims.

clean energy that wont get the heart rate going off the wall but long lasting and enough to keep you pretty much focused as to what you're doing at that time-based off 1 capsule, so i cant say for more, but itll just be stronger.
