How does it feel to neg someone down 125 pts when it comes to people that care about reps? For me I find it hillarious when I put people into the red and they cry about it on the misc or msg me about it.

It doesn't feel any different except when they cry about it as well. lol I rarely neg any body. The only time I neg someone is for stupid racist comments.

its really hard to do this with heavy dumbbells....... i have been doing this with 70's and been working real good. usually i grab like 110's but cant really hold that pinched shoulders look with em.

also another good thing is to go to the smith machine and do rear shrugs where the bar is touching ur ass. load it up with plates and pinch shoulders back and then shrug. feels so much better and u can add alot more weights also.

makes dem traps joocy as phuck cuzzzzzzzz

Yeah that's what the dude in the vid was saying. To sort off lean back a little and pinch your shoulder blades together and raise up the traps to hit them good.
