I hate you.
And I mean that in the Im so jealous/envious/extremely impressed kind of way.
I honestly don't know what to say. To say its a remarkable achievement is the understatement of the decade.
All I can do is ask that allow me to use you as a role model in my own battle to beat the 400lb+bulge.
If I can offer you a suggestion, write a book about your change man, Id love to buy a copy and read all about it.
Seeing and reading the change of someone real, who has been in this position and has done all this hard work, and seen it pay off, that is a far more worthy story, and indeed a far more worthy book to buy than many of the ones available from faceless authors that just tell you to lose weight.
I can't give you accolades enough for your change man. You're a bloody hero in my book.Having an out of fat body into a much fitter body experience. (I hope)

Thanks again everybody. Today I felt a lot of weakness earlier, I think the stress of a lot of work and overtime was getting to me, but I sat there and I questioned myself, and the extreme changes I had to make in order to get this far. Its not easy doing something like this for such a long period of time.
Finally it was like God spoke to me himself today. He said "GET UP!!!!" I won't forget how horrible life was when I weighed 475, and everything that has changed for the better since I lost this weight. The small sacrifices that I have made have been more than worth it, and for the first time in 28 years I AM HAPPY TO BE ALIVE.
I like this quote from the Alicia Keys song,. "I don't wanna forget the present is a gift"

Hey Kansan first off excellent work bro.. Amazing doesnt even scratch the surface of what you've done to yourself.
But as I was looking through all of your progress pictures I noticed the loose skin stuck around quite a bit after you loss significant amounts of weight, I was just wondering if it has cleared up more and evened itself out??
Also you should post a current upper body shot with your shirt off, Im really interested in seeing your development.
