I agree....I've seen this social watery hole evolve and devovle for about a decade too.
No biggie...I just roll with it and chime in to waste some commentary bandwidth when I think I won't embarrass myself to badly.
I just enjoy the casual banter here vs. answering more of the same questions when the *stickies* would get most started quite adequately.
Shvt...I tried to green everyone but you know the routine.
EDIT: guess I need to start determining who to neg so I can free up green. (No...I've not done that yet)
A safe weekend to all.....Last edited by Wayne Evans; 05-27-2016 at 05:51 PM.

Some gym swelfies tonight! This is me letting my diet go a little
First one I just snapped as I was training arms tonight.
Second is a totally relaxed shot. I am a lot leaner than this pic looks, but I like the fullness. Finally getting that 70's bb look I always aspired towards.
Third is just a side shot. Flexing abs in this one. Lighting sucks ...
Sitting somewhere below 200lbs....Have not stepped on a scale in 3 months.

I don't think the forums are a bodybuilding site. I have a friend who is competitive bodybuilder who I am certain will one day get his pro card. He has an account here and used to post on the big misc and compete in the competitions on there. He gave up on the forums but still uses his bodyspace to track stuff right down to his forearm size, it's actually a really great tool for stuff like that and he loves it.
There's a lot of good stuff on Bodybuilding.com that is not the forums or the store. I think the forums are more for people who want to talk the talk. I don't think there's anything wrong with that, as long as you're not e-statting. The O35 is very good at culling out bullchitters - I think FLEX was the best at that back in the glory days.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Thanks man.... Appreciate it. Still working at it, but changes dont come quick these days. Just tying to stay lean-ish year round now and find that balance point.
What you trying to say? Nope...Im not 100% nattie. Never claimed to be. But here is a pic of me from 4 years ago when I could make that claim. Lifetime natural in this pic. (actually had low-t in this pic and did not know it.) Check out the old Driod X phone!. Feel free to post your better pic up if you like. Oh yea...in those 4+ years, I am 5-6lbs heavier than i was in this pic. You can definitely say I would be nothing without all those supplements

BS! I busted more posers than anyone here, damn it! (and no, I was never anywhere near the level some of you have reached, but I had a few great years at it). Remember that guy named Terry? Can't recall his screen name, but when we called him out, he actually busted himself posting a vid of NOT even clearing the bar doing something like...a 700# pull . The guy had a great physique too, but he just went overboard on claims of weight.
$hit, Hapkido! (sp?) It just came to me.
I realize you're replying to someone else, but I have much respect for this ^ admission. There have been so many here over the years that have denied it, and were FOS. That was the one thing I couldn't/can't stand when trying to give others advice, as if "eat, lift and sleep" was the end all for what they'd achieved."If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Now I see how petty/silly I looked saying this. But please be talking about me.
Damn ID, You are HUGE. You look like you are 230-240 in those pictures. Anyway I thought I would join and maybe get a picture train going here. I have the muscle bug back in me and am going to hit the weights hard after this cut.

I'm going to go crazy and indulge you. Most here know I never post any pics. These two were in my first two years of starting to lift. I would estimate approx. 18-20% BF. I eventually got down to 11% at one point (and 175lbs) and was happy as hell with that. I am no longer even close......... And being "insecure" (unlike a lot of you fckrs ), I don't have many pics to find or choose from.
Oh, and I just found this one. Me and BH once swapped avatars just to fck with some folks here. It was a lot of fun
So there you have it. dbx does NOT post pics of himself on here (this time only ). It just makes me want to try to get back into it. When I hit 175lbs and was approx 11%bf....I felt the best I ever have in my life. And that was only 5yrs ago....and I feel like I'm 100yrs away from that right now."If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

You made some amazing progress over the years, Adam, and you should be proud of it!
BRB, searching through my numerous vids....
My kids call it the NY Jew look ....but hey, they're the ones who bought that necklace for me on Father's Day, many years ago! I never take it off"If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." Friday was volume leg day
315x8 squats
And a progress pic. Can't call it a swelfie cause I'm feeling very small with my carbs well below 100g/day. The last times I've increased carbs though I like where I'm at better.
Yesterday depleted at 190lbs. When I carb up the loose skin on my lower waist tightens up a lot and I actually look leaner. I still have a little ways to go yet to get rid of more chub then continue building.
