Question: I know some of you guys track your lifts but do you guys track cals burned and what not? If so, do you use MFP or what do you use?
Also bought that nike+ for my sneakers. Only used it once so far. Will post more results soon.My Keto Log:

Well then....
Hi my name is Jordan, female, Australian.
Used to do triathlons until I busted my knee. Then I became a couch potato. I slowly got myself back into average joe form, and tried to get back into my cardio stuff in 2012. Was not enjoying it, picked up weights in October 2012 and haven't regretted it.
I've got alot of lower body strength and power, trying to focus on my upper body strength. I started a Keto diet this year to drop my bf% a bit as it was hanging on at 26%. I might stop at 20 or 19% , then focus on building muscle, then cut again later in the year.. Maybe.. See how it goes..
I've just changed my routine from a very basic 2 x 2 day split (arms/legs and abs) and virtually no cardio,
To something more specific, I walk anywhere from 6-9km each day at work in a hospital,
My routine looks like
1-back/shoulders/cardio
2- soccer training/game
3- legs/cardio
4-soccer training/game
5- chest/arms/legs
6- cardio day
I've yet to reasses my goals for year..
My Keto diet is
Cals-1500
Carbs- >20g
Fat- 108g
Protein- 111g
Current weight is 66.3kg or approx 145lbs, est 25% bf.
Height 167cm or 5'4"
And I have a 'cheat meal' once a week. Not a day, one meal. And it's not a binge but it will be something like a gourmet pizza or homemade seafood linguini...
MFP- girl2012. I'm not chatty on there though its food tracking only.
Talked enough now!Jade

My favorite show is BBQ Pittmaster...Keto friendly TV! lol (ntsrs).
How's everyone doing on sticking to their goals? Who's cutting? Who's bulking? What are your calorie goals?
I'm "Cutting" (poorly) on 2300cals/day. I'm in the process of re-assessing that daily calorie goal LOWER. I upped it from 2200 to 2300 about a month ago with weekly carb-ups. I'd like to have a larger deficit during the week so as not to spin my wheels with the carb up. What's everyone else got going on diet wise?Current Lifts:
Incline Bench: 205x3
DeadLift: 405x1
Box Squat: 325x4
Goals by July 1:
Incline Bench: 235
Deadlift: 450
Box Squat:375

Download and watch bro! The Wire is good so far.
The Walking Dead is pretty awesome as well. I think I watched up until season 3. Not sure if they have another season out yet or not.
Also got some catching up to do on Nikita. Prison Break is another one I was watching. The ending just wasn't fair. It was pretty sad.
Check those out though bro.Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding.

I'm doing great Jax. I had to switch things up because I plateaued at 190lb for about 3 weeks. Now doing CKD. Currently cutting on 2200-2300 cals/day. Was able to get past my plateau after the first carb up. I'm now at 188.8lb. Also, I began taking an EC stack. Today is day 7. So far so good.

Quick Update: Went to the gym, and weighed in at a solid 193.0!! thats at least 10 lbs lighter than when I started (jan 1). Had two oopsie days during that, the last one being last saturday. I'm gonna make it through this weekend in keto, and hopefully next too. This new weigh in has really upped my motivation. I had a great chest day today. Also, I have started including cardio into my workouts. I am doing cardio probably around 3 times a week 30 min walk on the treadmill just to burn some cals. Will probably up it in weeks to come. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! peace out bye!
