Wow I haven't ran a timed 40 since my freshman summer going into sophomore year (now a junior). I ran a high 4.7 at a national underclassmen combine back then. I've gained an inch or two and about 25 pounds of muscle. I'm assuming I can run in the mid 4.5s maybe, 4.6. Who knows, my biggest weakness is maintaining my top speed unlike my very fast acceleration so my 100m won't drop below the mid 11s.

However, in the 40 that is not a problem for me. I have track teammates who run 11.1s and when we practice our starts I'm always the first one to reach the 30m mark. Those see guys continue to run sub 51 400m while I'm clocking in at 57s, yes I know I'm terrible at longer sprint distances. Anyways, just some background info in case somebody wants to bash me for my predicted 40 speed.

Again, I've trained a lot over the past two years with a very good trainer so this is my realistic prediction. My trainer has personally trained over 40 division one athletes and a few have reached the professional level.
