so glad this will be on ps3, the superior system. i tried oblivion on my pc and it was lagging so hard. i don't see how people can play pc games and enjoy it with that much lagging going on. i returned the pc version and got the ps3 game of the year edition and i haven't looked back. this is how the game is suppose to be played

Anyone ever play Saga Frontier? Had the same leveling system as Oblivion, that game was epic minus the leveling system.

Only issue with that preview of the game is the guy almost hinted that enemies will once again level with you and they are just more random and there are 'harder' and 'easier' areas. god i hope he just meant to say they dont level with you

I assume it will be like in Fallout, random, side encounters and world enemies will have a level, but the main quest will have leveled enemies that scale with you.

Blah, I hope not - I loved how in the oldschool RPGs I could find somewhere I didn't belong yet and test myself against stronger enemies.

I tried oblivion and it had one of the clunkiest interfaces of any game I've ever seen. It looked like a RPG from 1998. Could not understand why so many liked it, except for the open world aspect. If they shape up the interface options I might give it a go.

the interface has been revamped, check it.

i like it, but have heard many complaints.

anyways all i hope for this game is to have an interesting world all the dumbed down rpg elements can be fixed with mods. i guess i could get mods for landscapes and creatures as well, but bethesda should do the work not the modders.

In what way was it clunky, found it incredibly easy to play and loved it from the moment I brought it home.

Just a history lesson here, but game of the year 1998-Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I'd say these 2 games are very far apart.

lol i tried to do that after i got bored in first play through, well not bored went to finish game off and accidently dropped my potions and i couldnt find them, raged, started again got bored i guess, i want to play again tho lol.

I saw an interview at E3 that said some zones are harder and some are easier depending on how far you are into the game, so you can go quest in the easy zone or go to the hard one.

yea thats right, i heard that if you were to go into one area there would be for example, wolves or wild board or something that would be of easy difficulty to kill, but if you go further into the area, or to a different area harder enemies will appear like ogres etc...

I hope they scale the enemies upwards, but not down. It was lame running around fallout and running into the oh so scary molerats. What I'm saying is that I want the enemies to scale up with you so that you'll always have a challenge, regardless of area/zone, but not down to make it easier.

not sure if that will happen im sure there was a blog saying they will have harder different enemies but other enemies wont grow, they didnt want you to be in a situ where ur fighting a wolf for half an hour cos its so strong.

no, oblivion was pc lead. the only reason xbox 360 saw a similar release date was because of similarities of the architecture, even then, the xbox 360 port is garbage. crap graphics, retard controls, load screens that take forever. and it's call sarcasm dick, CAN'T YOU TELL
