Today got to the gym pretty late. Traffic was crazy. Got in my chest workout real quick ( massive pump) then I had to cut my cardio short. Burnt 150cals instead of 350. Had to get to bjj class in time. Im sure I burnt the rest off. Diet is going alright. Even though I missed a meal yesterday. All this with only 5 hours of sleep. I'm wasted. Good night and sweet dreams.

To be honest with you bro I don't think I ever got in the single digits in my life. But I'm guessing it will take really low cals and extra strict dieting and most of all patience. I have increased cardio to 30 mins a day with 1 hiit session a week. As for weight training it's more high paced with less rest between setsOriginally Posted by moshvr
