When Nash and St.Louis are on they are unbeatable, its just Nash is rarely ever scoring nowadays. I feel bad though for Price, without him it could very easily be a sweep

Not bad actually, we will see how it goes tomorrow

Looks good man! I'm sure it will take a few weeks to nail down the weight. This training style has me interested now. I'll admit I didn't think it looked hard at all when I first read about the first phase. I'm doing a 4 month or so run with CM and doing my own thing for the first month. I have a shoulder and knee issue so my squats and pressing is real hit and miss and the moment.

Been following since the beginning, might as well officially sub now. Interested to see how those weights work for the maximal velocity. I'm not really sure what weights to pick for that one.

Its definitely a very different program with a lot of unknowns going into it

    Win for the day off!

Getting more vegetables and trading some of that protein for fat would probably help with the "full" feeling. At this point, I think I'd die like a famine victim if I only had 6oz of broccoli in a day.

Yeah not too bad, I think the workout yesterday and being under my daily calories played a big part in being so hungry today

Finally caught up after 5 pages! I looked at the workout and thought wow that looks easy. But reading you say that it was not got me picking up my jaw off the floor. I'll be def be following along since you are sincere I know the log will be good. Plus I'm curious to see how Clear Muscle is.

ah that makes sense. I keep forgetting that a lot of people have vastly different paused benches to TNG. I have a complete lack of technique so mine tends to be very close to each other.

good shiet. when is your next comp? or is that way to far on the horizon to tell?

These first 2 workouts were great. As mentioned the rest period and higher reps for these compound movements are brutal.

Alt-PrtScn, paste into paint or photo editor of choice, crop/resize, save, upload to sharing site of choice. If you have a screen clipper utility like SnagIt or even the one built into OneNote, you can simplify the flow a bit; it gets pretty quick once you've done it a few times, though.
