Looks good man! I'm sure it will take a few weeks to nail down the weight. This training style has me interested now. I'll admit I didn't think it looked hard at all when I first read about the first phase. I'm doing a 4 month or so run with CM and doing my own thing for the first month. I have a shoulder and knee issue so my squats and pressing is real hit and miss and the moment.

Day 2:
Thoughts of the Day:
Day off from the gym and day off work= Winning
Diet was right on today, although I felt like it wasnt enough calories. We will see how tomorrow goes and Im going to watch the scale. If I see my weight dropping too fast I will throw in some more calories.
Really not too much to comment on since its Day 2 and an off day.
Sleep:
8.5 hours

190.8 lbs (Down 1.4 lbs)

No Training today
Stretching/Foam Rolling
Diet:
Fack this felt like 100 cals , almost right on though

Finally caught up after 5 pages! I looked at the workout and thought wow that looks easy. But reading you say that it was not got me picking up my jaw off the floor. I'll be def be following along since you are sincere I know the log will be good. Plus I'm curious to see how Clear Muscle is.

Alt-PrtScn, paste into paint or photo editor of choice, crop/resize, save, upload to sharing site of choice. If you have a screen clipper utility like SnagIt or even the one built into OneNote, you can simplify the flow a bit; it gets pretty quick once you've done it a few times, though.
