    Caught a bad flu on Tuesday and I lost a lot of weight and have been feeling really weak and tired since then. Will start training again on Monday.

    I also did beltless squats today, and my back was dead from it. 4x5 and 1x1 was brutal despite the lower weight...

    Yeah, it sucks. These 5x5 squats were 30 lbs lighter than last weeks 5x5 squats, but felt so much heavier with no energy.

    Same as me. I was doing (315x5)x5 on Smolov and almost failed the fifth rep of my last set of 275x5 yesterday, heh. We'll get it back though!

    I guess that's part of the experiment. I will be adding weight to dips next week and once that accumulates along with getting back to 5x5x190 on bench press I will be able to tell how it is affected. I think it will be fine. If not, I could switch the order of volume workouts.

    Probably the longest person I've kept tabs on is you CJ. Aside from a few others you've always followed my schtuff so for you I did the same. I remember you always redoing cycles and starting at 95lbs lol.

    Thanks, dudes. It's been awhile since I've seen both of you around. Mostly Chris. My strongest stuff was in December and I did reach 181 lbs at one point but recently went back down.
