No solid contact made that inning, I think Morton goes the entire way. He is good against lefties, which neutralizes the two stud kids in the dodgers order. Definitely a better option than Keachel. Morton has actually been better than him for about 3 months now.

You can tell when Janson isn't throwing early strikes, he is hittable. Last night he threw literally 1 ball, and was lights out. He threw more pitches in that one inning than he did in 2 innings last night. The Astros are going to run every single time they get on, as well. He is slow to the plate.

Morton isn't getting pulled. They would punt with the bases loaded. He is throwing strikes and what the dodgers need are base runners. So that is the biggest thing.

Last year he went to the Phillies and decided he would try to throw a 4 seamer as hard as could and see if he could maintain it. He did. But he tore his hamstring in his 3rd start.
