Diet motivation
Need some motivation and suggestions for healthy snacks/meals during the day at work.
Been getting kinda lazy and busy at work and paying more attention to the dog, so trying to think of quick and easy things.
Been chugging away at protein powder again and I tend to have some boiled eggs kicking about, but in need of some interesting cheap and tasty options.
So post your go-to snack/meal when you need to down some protein and curb some cravings.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

I basically already do IF to an extent, but still need good options for 2nd half of the day and need to clean up my act a bit.
Greek yogurt with chocolate sounds pretty awesome.
I eat too many sandwiches as it is, so gonna cut back while trying to lose some fat.
However chicken avacado sourdough sandwiches were pretty awesome yesterday.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

I take Metamucil everyday. Definitely good in the fibre department between that and eating big salads with dinner.
My issues are making sure to cut down sugar and junk food.
So if just trying to figure out some quick and easy things I can do that won't really give me an excuse to have crap.
For example when to a cafe to get a breakfast wrap an then they have me a free sticky bun with bacon :\
My issue has always been trying to manage what I eat.
Last year heading into m wedding I had a pretty good handle but have legit er away with me over the last 6 months.
I know what I have to do, but looking for inspiration on some quality snacks/meals.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

I guess it's easier for me since I work nights and got the opportunity to cook my own food and have almost 100% control on every single intake...
When I log my workouts in the morning I also will log in everything I'll eat during the rest of the day..
edit: A easy snack: two cups of low fat sour milk, 1 scoop whey protein of your flavour, tbl spoon of peanut butter, one cup of cottage cheese and a sliced banana...( or berries, mango)my workout log -> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=147657213

Brotastic Douchery
Switching gyms next month most likely.
Today was so ****ing annoying.
Dudes squatting the entire time I am snatching and cleaning, but walking over my bar standing almost next to me and sometimes right behind be during sets.
Kept being nice and asking them to move so I wouldn't hit them but ffaaaaaaaack.
Anyway one dude was decent at squatting but his bro-buddy needed bro spots on 1/4 squats.
Blah whatever.
Snatch
95 3x2
115x0,0,0
Could not lock out for the life of me. Weight was easy enough an positions were good just not saying tight enough.
Clean
135 2x2+2 Jerks
155 x2+2 Jerks
175x0
175x1+1 Push Press this felt easy
185x0
175x1+1 Push Press
185x1,0,1,0
Had my harbinger belt come in and tried it on top sets felt really nice. Was easy to get into good pulling positions.
Shankle Complex 155 x5 rounds
Felt pretty solid overall.
Will post some video soon.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

Haha, imagine working out at a university gym. Bros galore. It's so crowded. The first time I went I was like wow, all four squat racks are full. Now it's annoying waiting for people to finish their 135x8 quarter squats...
Also everyone deadlifts right outside the squat racks so I often get trapped inside during their sets. Maybe I should take a page from your bros book and just walk into the said deadlifter.
We also have two cable sets (the big ones) and they're always full with people doing curls or push downs.
