All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Strong STRONG combined pitching performance from karns (who?), McCullers (who?), Nelson (who?), and Buchholz tonight.
Good lord I've never been wrecked harder by more mediocre pitchers in my life"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. Phillies introducing Mcphale and acknowledging they are creating an entire analytics program was great and ownership fervently seeking a president who would invest in metrics was amazing.. Seeing Middleton as the mouthpiece from ownership is even more encouraging.

Interviewed with human resources of a hospital about personal training patients/referrals part time with them.
She said I interviewed very well and sent my resume to the hiring manager
Not much in terms of career compared to the other job I missed on but this will definitely be more fun"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. Anyone have any tricks to "cure" insomnia?
I've been on a serious bad stretch for like a month where I've gotten very little sleep. Can't fall asleep, and if I do I wake up and can't fall back asleep.

Feeling so drained lately....and still can't fall asleep.
About to go drink an entire bottle of NyQuil or something"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. Yeah I hear Ya. I've always had a hard time shutting my brain off. Always have a **** ton of anxiety. Luckily for me it doesn't interupt my sleep. I just over analyze everything and drive myself crazy during the day.
I also like to read on my paper white kindle in the dark until I fall asleep. I find it keeps my brain occupied with other stuff and allows me to get tired.

Reading always works for me. A good book makes you think about something else.
If you are really struggling, smoke a little weed. I have never tried it myself but I have buddies that smoke for that reason. I used to be a huge "anti weed"" guy but after seeing what it can do for pain relief/sleep assistance, I say go for it.

Lol I'm not smoking weed, but thanks for the suggestion.
It probably would help me sleep, but smoking isn't good for your lungs, even if weed isn't as harmful as tobacco. You may not get cancer but still severely increases the risk of bronchitis
So no thanks on that one"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. I'm not a Dr. but I doubt smoking a joint every now and then would have a noticeable effect on lungs
