Overall decent day, deadlifts were pretty weak. But that's what I get for taking 2 weeks off them!! Tried making up for it with squats... Got an awful tension headache on my last rep and had to dump the weight immediately.

Wassup guise, I STILL had a headache upon waking which was really annoying. Was gonna take today off but decided to hit biceps because I never do them. Took things easy but I actually got some work done. Easiest day in a while haha
I supersetted..
Seated DB incline curls + DB lateral raises + weighted leg raises / weighted decline sit ups behind the head / medicine ball twists with feet up.
I did sets of 10-12 on everything except abs. I went through everything about 12 times or so, took about 45 minutes. Legs are torn up from yesterday and still have a headache so I didn't wanna push it. Gotta stretch and foam roll tons... Saturday
Ok so I got to the gym , borrowed a buddies pre workout.. Still exhausted as fuk, get to squats and barely grind out 3, and fail on 4, I'm like wtf this ain't happening I'm worn out. Starting walking upstairs, then as I'm walking up stairs all these people that piss me off pop into my head and I get fired up as hell. I get my ass back downstairs and squat again. Barely grind out a set of 5, tell myself to man up, bang a second set out. I'm feeling sore and tired on the 3rd set, then on the end of that set this beast just unleashed, big rush of adrenalyn, I get even more fired up and bang out my final 10 reps of peace, yelling for grant!! On my last rep. <<<---- hahha sorry guise that was a copy and paste from a text I just went. Awesome day today!! But 171 BW..?

Was hung over yesterday and barely ate a thing. Energy was low and legs were feeling kinda ****ty coming into this workout but I really surprised myself. Sooo close to that double on my last set, my mind fuked me . Never attempted that much weight on fronts before. Quick workout before work!

Another long day... Been going going going the past few days. Sleeping and eating has been limited lately. But gonna be getting back on my feet starting tonight where I'm gonna feast. Thanks bro, glad to have ya a long! Things are finally looking up. Bench and body weight are down but that's not gonna last long I promise. Been working 2 jobs 4-6 days a week plus partying often. Body's been drained all day every day basically, but I just keep that strong mental fortitude and discipline and get my chit done.
Comparing to my current body weight this is the strongest I've been yet. My all time maxes at 182 were a bit lower than they currently are at 165-170 but my current short term goals are 405 Back squat ATG, 315 front squat ATG, 195 strict OHP, 465 DL and 345 bench at 180 ish body weight.Workout log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138691633&highlight=stas+bench

Ugh if it's not one thing it's another... Was all pumped up to hit 275 5x5 on squats today, but my lower back was absolutely SHOT. Even squating 135 hurt like crazy and lifting the weight off the ground for strict press was a struggle. Pretty disappointed. 170 BW

Sup guise.. Been resting and stretching a lot the past few days. I fuked up my lower back I believe due to tightness in my hips. I was not stretching them thoroughly enough and this caused a pain in my lower back. My buddy has been showing my a few different stretches to eliminate the lower back pain and they have been helping out a lot. I'm increasing my volume a good bit especially on squats and my legs are getting much stronger.. Need to make sure I stay on top of my stretching daily and get back to my 5x5 routine ASAP.
Today I basically did a lighter circuit of back squats, seated BTH press, hammer curls and straight bar curls. Didn't really keep track but I just wanted to loosen everything up. Mostly sets of 10 and I worked my way up to 185 on back squats for a few sets before I felt a lil bit of pain in the bottom of my squat. I'd say my lower back is about 75% right now, just gotta take things easy for a little bit but it's hard as fuk to do. This injury chit is all new to me.
