I went early to one of my classes yesterday and was checking out some vroom-vroom content on my laptop before the professor got there.

Class starts. Two dudes are sitting on either side of me. Both of them open up their laptops.

The guy on the right has MLB.com as his homepage. Left has NBA.com.

That says theyre now allowed to have 2-3 drinks and drive. That's probably on par with our BAC limit. As I'm guessing you've learned in your time abroad, the Euros pretty much have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to drinking and driving.

Those auctions are cool but they are too long man. Like a 4-6 hour program. And they're on ALL the time.

I would have guessed the opposite as far as Ireland's tolerances towards DUI. I guess that makes this a pretty liberal law, except for the fact that it's in one county in the middle of the [country-area?]

I feel that in a lot of cases between sobriety and complete intoxication, 1 drink can be relatively more disorienting than 2-3.
