I hit shoulders this morning! Shoulders is one of my favorite days for sure. Gym was like a ghost town though very strange.

hey bro, nice deadlifts!!! the only thing I think that might help you out is to really focus on your set. I see you looking in the mirror to check your form, I can understand how you feel and I've done the same thing. I think focusing on your form, looking forward and learning your personal body mechanics will help, when your workout is over, check the film and see where you can improve! hope this helps and keep up the hard work bro, FTM!!!
