I enjoy reading your posts. You give so much detail. I feel like I'm in the gym with you. Way to step it up and hit those PRs! I find myself questioning whether or not to go up in weight sometimes. Then I think, what do I have to lose? Most times I end up surprising myself... Great job! You went from thinking you'd be crunched for time to having an AWESOME workout.
You mentioned you were out of Bio-Gro. Do you plan to purchase more? ... Hopefully it's still in your system and you won't experience DOMS too bad in the coming days.Top Secret Nutrition Rep

Today's back session is complete. Later on I have HIIT again and will be drinking on some Amino Build with two more scoops of Bio-Gro! My recovery is starting to get even better it seems with the more scoops of Bio-Gro I am taking.

You should try mixing it with your BCAAs sometime. The Director of Science and Education at iSatori says to get the true benefits of BG to mix it with Restoraid (iSatori plug) or some other form BCAA supplement. I still haven't tried it with milk yet but may have to in the future.

That's awesome! You'll have to share before/after pictures and size measurements if you have them. Just curious, how much cardio are you doing? I've become very interested in knowing how much cardio others are doing since I'm doing 2 hours a day to lean down for a show. I didn't know one person could crank out so much cardio. It's the worse! LOL
It never has to be a sad, sad day. There's always more! .. Just curious, how did you injure your shoulder and wrist? .. What will your diet consists of? Is it a leaning diet? Maintenance?Top Secret Nutrition Rep

So far today I have had 4 scoops of Bio-Gro.
I am going to be eating this in pretty much every meal throughout the day.
In order to consume 6-8 scoops/day I'll need to be a little creative.
Ham Sandwich with Bio-Gro, Spinach, Ranch
(I put ranch on top of the Bio-Gro to make sure it didn't just fall out)
Here's today's workout.
Pre-Workout was 6 tabs Morph & Amino Phase
I kept the tempo nice & slow during reps - but the workout intensity was kept high!!!

Thoughts on workout
The 60lb DB press was a PR because Im just getting back into heavy shoulders because of my left shoulder and I dont remember my PRs for shoulders . Overall good workout. Was a longer one but it didnt matter to me.
MORPH and BIO-GRO
Morph brought the focus today... tunnel vision. Just opened another tub of bio-gro today, will see how I feel tomorrow. 2 scooped it in my intra and it mixed perfectly. This tub mixes awesome, idk why my past one wasnt. Will have 2 more scoops later in afternoon. May straight scoop in my mouth or throw it in yogurt.

Final Review of Bio-Gro
Sort of ! !
I say “sort of” because I plan on continuing the use of Bio-Gro for at least 3 months. I think after 3 months… the results will be very apparent.
MIXABILITY
Downside is that it will not mix in water. I also do not recommend popping it in your mouth. If it touches your teeth… you’ll be digging it out of your teeth for a while. My favorite way to use it was mixing it in my Greek yogurt. It also mixes well in oatmeal and protein shakes if made with almond milk.
FLAVOR
It’s almost tasteless…. It doesn’t alter the taste of anything you put it in or on. That’s an awesome thing too ! !
PRICE
The price is very fair. For those who drink lots of protein shakes and eat lots of protein… you’re wasting your money if you don’t incorporate this product in your daily routine. Knowing that the body is only going to process about 10 grams of protein per hour, it is essential that you use a protein synthesize accelerator so you can ingest more protein. More protein = more muscle fuel.
EFFECTIVENESS
Granted it’s only been 4 weeks and I’m a realist so I didn’t expect to see an incredible before and after photo set. What I have noticed is that I appear to be getting leaner…much leaner but without losing size. That’s a combination that I’ve never been able to achieve before: Growing and getting leaner at the same time. As for DOMS, I think Bio-Gro definitely had a positive effect in recovery. I started a new routine and lifted heavier than my previous routine and had very little soreness the next day.
SUM IT UP ! ! !
If you are serious about your training, this product is a MUST. You are wasting money if you don’t use it. It will speed up your goals. I am certain that by this time next year we will see MANY other supplement companies coming out with their brand of protein synthesize amplifiers but it wont be the same. My plan is to use it for 3 months cycles with one week off in between. It is not necessary to cycle off of Bio-Gro but it’s just one of those things I do. I do 12 week programs and then stay out of the gym and off all supplements for 1 week. It’s working for me.
STACK
My recommended stack is PWR + Morph with Bio-Gro for pre-workout. During and after training Restorade for your aminos and 2 or 3 Eat Smart shakes per day.
Will I be purchasing Bio-Gro? Absolutely 100% YES.Member of the Global Bodybuilding Organization
