Today's exercise was lots of running with the pup at the park and playing tug o war.
Been up since 6:30. Thankfully little girl is sleeping in her crate at work while I work on a script.

Except when nobody knows how to drive in snow! Nothing but all seasons around town haha.
I will probably try to work up to 315 and just go for a rep record.
I did a 275 front squat and 345 back squat only a few weeks ago so I can't see myself losing a ton of leg strength, but we shall see!the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.
