put in 1-2 grams of beta alanine, 3 grams of AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), vitamin B12. it's not gonna be anything like black powder, white flood, etc, but it's your best bet for a preworkout NO with no caffeine.

I had some energy chocolates the other day, that had green tea, Guarana, and loaded with B vitamins. I got some as a sample from my gym, they definitely gave me a boost while i was lifting. I'll post the name once i find it out...

sure, because you would get the stims from white flood. you could also use REDuction since its stims just once a day, so you can space it out from white flood.

I do my weight training at night and I"m kinda looking from something to help me motivate early in the morning. As I start work at 6am and do cardio before I go in to work so I"m usually tired as can be. I tried reduction and I had headaches more often when I was on it so I'm thinking of trying something else.

Anavol Hardcore in my opinion is the best energy product. I have increased my bench press by nearly 40lbs in one month while I was on it. The downside of this product is that you have to consume two servings of six pills (they are BIG) on a daily basis.

If you are trying to show huge gains at the gym, you should try this product because it is by far the best energy giving product that I have ever tried. It does not work like Black Powder or NO-Xplode which usually makes me have nose bleeds, but it just gives you pure energy and helps your muscles to recover faster.

I have talked to a lot of people and everyone has the same top 2.

Phenadrine and clearshot.

some like phenadrine better ,some like clearshot just a tad better.

majority of people I talk to though compare them both and love them.

they get my vote!

been taking Jack3d for a couple days now. i seemed to give me great controlled energy for the gym unlike no explode where i get all jittery. Also, i noticed i have yet to crash from jack3d where as no explode is a hit or miss for crashing. id have to recommend jack3d to anyone looking for energy during their rough days.
