Pffff, had a massive alcoholic caloriebomb.

So we went to this club, drank like mad man, ordered a bottle of bacardi. Until that I remember it hehe. Next thing I know, I am all alone in a whole other city lol. Everyone lost me, tried to reach me, I just ended up like 60 kilometers away from the club in some random city. Still don't know how or why I got there. Then I took a cab home for way to much money and decided to tip the cabdriver around 50% so that was one expensive drive. My friends were going to get me, but I didn't want to wait or something. Dunno, lol, epic night.

Anyhoooww, related to this: I have a bit of a nasty question. So when you end up ruining your clothes lol and getting all of the alcohol out, how does that work caloriewise? Seems to me that when the stuff goes out, the calories are also. But maybe my body did absorb them while it was still in me or something?

hey everyone, im a little late checking in...work has been absolutely CRAZY...I work two jobs and am probably at somewhere in the 70-75 hours this week. Yuck...

on a more dissapointing note...I weighed in Friday AM at 180.6, which is a .2lb of a gain

Gotta get back at it hard this next week if I want to see the 170's!

Absorption only happens in the intestines.
Food is only vomited from the stomach.

Liquids move from the stomach to the intestines fairly rapidly (probably less than 10 minutes for a liter of liquid), foods can take hours (depending on the food).

So you will most likely have absorbed all the alcohol you drank except for any alcohol you drank 10 minutes prior to vomiting. If you were eating that may extend from 30 minutes to much longer (depending on how much alcohol was absorbed by the food).

Did a 5k today in 31:30! Not an awesome time, but totally worth getting out there and being around other runners.

Competition is such an awesome motivator, both online and off.

Well had a rehearsal dinner Friday, followed by a party that night, then a wedding Saturday followed by an outdoor concert and campout/party. Minimum of 3k cals just from beer I bet. Looks like somebody's going to have to drop the cals to 1400 a day to make up for this..these weekends have been awesome, but my god does it make the next week terrible lol

Alright I weighed in at 169 on Friday but after dropping a tonne of water weight all day woke up Saturday at 166.1. I haven't seen the 165's since my very early 20's so pretty stoked!!! 6-11 more pounds to go as my goal is 155-160 and then it is bulking time. WhooooooooHoooooooo!!!
