it was a distant family members dish they brought to a reunion :/ don't have it sorry man! It was essentially very well done banana nut bread but with an apple pie type of icing, very decadent.. ate an entire layer lol
the 7-11 bars were 2 for 1$ or some **** so I just snagged them, pretty sure it was a ricey type mix-in that gave it that texture. Forget what brand they were."Hold yourself responsible for a higher standard than anybody else expects of you. Never excuse yourself. Never pity yourself. all about fitting in the excess calories, I absolutely LOVVVVVE its-it ice cream sandwiches but they are typically 340cals, I just work that into my calorie/fat/ intake for the day. If you watch what you eat you can still end up treating yourself just about everyday. moderation is probably one of the biggest factors as well to.

the 7-11 thing i pictured was followed by 3 sushi rolls, two dishes at a chinese place (two plates of orange chicken and white rice) and also the scampi shown; was testing my body as I've been in a deficit for a while and I'm a wizard and can manipulate my body like a god and not gain weight / stall fat loss (~.5-1% loss per week)
p.s. maintenance is only like 2.9-3k cals and I ate probably ~10k+ cals that day lol

LOL are you serious? I cant remember the last time I had over 2k calories in a day? I find it actually hard to eat over 2k calories in a day. Chicken breasts, protein shakes(mmmm cellucor Cinnamon swirl), oatmeal(my fav) guac, eggs, veggies, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, fruits, lean beef. I find it actually ALOT more difficult to stay under 3000mg of sodium a day. that might be why i'm skinny.
