Oh boy....
Grifts thanks for your help.
I believe I mentioned I lost inches a couple of times and people told me not to weigh myself that often.
Now i am so sick of people how much i weight wtf i mean.... I appreciate everyone's comment but it drives me nuts when its not consistent.
if you think what i am doing is wrong, please comment based on science...

I think Id rather agree with the science behind things over my own thoughts of observation with lack of knowledge.
Ive read at least 15 hours about keto and not once did it mention 'male/female' or 'men/women' suggesting: Keto macros do not change between genders.
Take Bunny's weight, lets say 130lbs x 15 = 1950. This is what her body needs to stay exactly the same. Just like every diet out there, being caloric deficit, helps you lose weight.
Her macros are a lot better than they were. Though she needs just a tad bit more fat. But overall, shes doing good.

It usually takes about a week for my wife to get back to normal weight post TOM. It comes off slowly after she is all done. If you didn't gain much during your TOM, I'd take that as a win. If, then, you are still up, maybe adjust something.
Your turkey bacon may contain more sodium than regular bacon. Might effect things.Last edited by Grifts; 07-11-2012 at 10:39 AM.

25th
I started to see more definition on my arms these days!!
I was soooo hungry today, I don't know why but I should make sure I take my multi vitamin everyday and go buy fish oil.
8am: cheese fondue and asparagus, turkey bacon
10am: heavy cream
3pm: turkey ham and turkey bacon
5:30pm: 45 mins of spinning
9:30pm: 15 mins of kettlebell interval training
1578.2 kcal, 101g fat. 18.64 g carb, 115g protein
Again, this is totally personal story.
I still find myself on emotional roller coaster sometimes, and I really think it is my contraceptives + the married guy.
He is wanton... very sexually promiscuous and is still looking for friends with benefits.
but i found out his wife is absolutely gorgeous, caring person who has so much in common with him.
I accidently found her pinterest and she had a section of pictures of kids.
Yeah, I am his toy.... but I fxxing need someone to count on now. I don't know how to focus on something else.
I wish I could act like a guy and leave these negative emotions in a trash can....

I wouldn't make a blanket statement "low iron causes hunger." Sometimes the body responds to low amounts of nutrients by craving certain things. I know you aren't really "craving" red meat, but you are very hungry. Its kind of my best guess of what the problem might be. It could just be that you are very hungry for no other reason that you are, in fact, very hungry.
Right now you're probably anemic. Red meat is an easily acquired, keto friendly, source of iron.www.squidoo.com/keto-diet

Thanks Grifts and Leadreign.
I ate some pork this morning, but i feel so lethargic these days.
Oh and about heavy cream, i made it to whipped cream by cooking the cream and using my mixer. haha so that's my snack basically.
Yeah independence is probably the key... I also need to boost my self-confidence. but seriously... how come guys cheat on their gfs or wifes..
