Outdoor Run: 6.10 miles: 46:45: 07:40 pace
Notes: Pace was on point. Like I mentioned yesterday, not going crazy with leg lifts so overall no real DOMs, except hammies were a bit sore.

Outdoor Run: 6.09 miles: 48:03: 07:53 pace
Notes: Same exact course as yesterday, but 13 seconds added on to my pace. Hammies and hip flexors are tight as hell.

**Notes** Finally feel focuses and motivated this morning. Felt good, like I had a purpose. I'm happy that I could hit 205 on decline. Not so happy about the 80s on incline, but not too mad about it. If I had a spot to get them up, I could have gotten 4-5 reps I'm sure.

Nice 6 mile pace bro. Good job.
BTW, both your food and non-food pr0n are outstanding. The above statement/post does not represent the opinions of anyone in real life. This is the internet. Not real life. Anyone who cannot grasp the difference between the two lacks the basic intelligence necessary for survival and should not be allowed to form opinions.
