end of week 3
weighed in today. weight 84.0kgs ( 185.1lbs) gained 0.2 grams lol. im guessing this is from my 1 gallon of water that i drank today. im trying to up my water intake as much as i can. its very important.
the car u drive doesnt matter what matters is the size of the arm hanging out the window

Great work man, Your meals seem quite small for me to feel satisfied, but then again i burn 800 cal per workout.
i'm 5'5 and i'm at round 2175 cal.
Have you tried Konnyaku Noodles? They have vitually no calores, good substitute for noodle and pasta dishes.

Nice work man! Sorry I didn't read the whole thread but your diet in the videos sounds like the Scivation cut diet?
Not sure if you remember me, but I was the one who had great success using Scivation's solution diet. Just giving ya some hope, Scivation knows there stuff.IFPA Natural Pro bodybuilder

Height: 170cm (5'7)
Weight: 82.8kgs (183lbs)
...Bodyfat %: 19.3%
muscle mass: 61.9kgs (136lbs)
Bone mass: 3.2kgs (7lbs)
Waist: 83cm (32.6 inches)
feel reallly sick today. dry throat sore bones and runny nose. i skipped my workout for today i will do it on saturday. im trying my best to not skip meals.the car u drive doesnt matter what matters is the size of the arm hanging out the window
