I've been out for a week. glad to see the thread has grown.
question: what do you guys do when you are on vacation? mix in a couple of workouts? try to eat clean? or say "screw it, I'm on vacation"?
I'm going to be gone for two weeks. the hotels will have gyms, so I can get in and get a quick pump. but the food....the food. it will be good and plentiful. as we all know...progress takes months, losing it takes days.

In on this thread!
Speaking of cheating, I ate about 20 munchkins yesterday (the pumpkin ones, oh lawd!)..... They were free, right in front of me, and I couldn't stop. Usually I am good at saying no to this stuff as I have a ton of free junk food around me with work but I caved this time. So much regret. Only good thing is I had just worked out an hour prior, so hopefully the sugar did something positive for muscle growth.
I rarely say "screw it" completely but I will surely eat less healthy, especially if I am away for work and the paid for options aren't that deep. I'll start smashing chicken wings before I live off of salad for the week, but I still practice moderation, especially when the food choices become less clean.
As far as working out, I make sure I get it in somehow, the workouts are usually off my "routine" though.12-5-23

On vacations I try getting a few workouts here and there, mainly chest and arm workouts for pumps. As for the diet.. I eat everything in sight lulz
Fuuuu I wish I was bulking! I haven't had McDonald's in over two years
Those fuking munchkins, I always start off saying i'm only eating one.. End up eating 15-20 lol

Please dumb that down for me lol. Had a cheat meal and a few drinks so hard to understand things lol
But I try to get most of my calories from food. The shakes are usually if I don't have time from one of my meals
Food > shakes
Also I use no pre workouts or other supps. Find it to be a waste of money. A clean bulk makes me feel energetic and all the red meat I eat makes me say the hell with creative etc... If I do take a sup it'll be Bulgarian tribulus
I love that shytHow about natypes decides your sig for eternity...

Whenever you make a cheesecake, make sure all ingredients are ROOM TEMPERATURE! It helps to keep it creamy. I have a few variations of cheesecakes that I do.
First preheat oven to 325
For crust,
2 scoops graham cracker protein
Use either Nilla Wafers or Graham Crackers. I mixed mine up this time. Crush them up. I put them in a baggie and smash them with my rolling pin or the flat side of my meat tenderizer. It should yield at least 2 cups crumbs. (about 30 wafers or about 8-10 sheets of crackers)
5 tbsp of light butter melted.
Brush some of the melted butter on the bottom of your springform pan.
Mix the rest of the butter with the protein and crumb mixture.
Spread on the bottom of the pan and bake for 8 minutes.
For mixture
2 (or 3 for reduced calories) fat-free cream cheese (8 ounces)
2 (or 1 if you use 3 fat free) Reduced Fat Cream cheese
1/3 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Splenda
4 scoops of Clutch Chocolate Protein
4 eggs
2/3 cup of fat free sour cream (you can use greek yogurt also)
1 tsp vanilla
Cream the cream cheese in a mixer. Add the protein, and sugars, and mix for 3 minutes on medium low. Add eggs one at a time while mixing. Mix for 2 more minutes. Using a scraper mix in Sour Cream (or greek yogurt) and then vanilla.
Spread into the baked crust. Bake for about 55-60 minutes until center is almost set.
Let cool, release collar from springform pan, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.Nutrabolt Lead Company Rep

This is the one I use:
Amazing Healthy Cheesecake Recipe
Cals: 1370
P: 160.5g
C: 169g
F: 6g
Cake Part:
3- scoops of Protein(any flavor you want your cake to taste like. Aprox 3/4 of a cup)
2 8oz- packages of non-fat cream cheese
1/2 cups - Fat free sour cream
1/2 Tbsp- Vanilla
1/8 cup - Flour(to thicken at end)
1/2 cup - Egg whites
12- packets of Splenda
1- cup Skim Milk
Crust:
4- Graham Crackers (Lowest calories possible)
1 Tbsp- I can't believe its not butter spray
1-2 Tbsp- Water
1/2 Tbsp- Cinnamon
2- packets of splenda
Preheat over 300F
1. Use a blender to mix Cream Cheese, protein, and splenda. Beat until it is smooth
2. Add egg, milk, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix in with a Wisk.
3. Add flour until you hit a cake batter consistency(Usually about 1/8 of a cup works, you could just use more protein but a bit of flour usually thickens better).
Crust:
1. Grind up the graham crackers into tiny pieces(dust?)
2. Add all other ingredients and mix together. Can be somewhat dry.
3. Stray the bottom of your pyrex container or cake pan with I can't believe it's not butter spray.
4. Press crust into the bottom of a pyrex container or cake pan.
5. Pour cheesecake mix over crust
6. Cook at 300 for approx 30-45 minutes
7. Stick with toothpick to see if done(if its clean remove and refrigerate until ready to eat. If it has batter on it, stick the cake back in for 5 minutes and check again until toothpick is clean)
BOOM! HIGH PROTEIN/CARB LOW FAT CHEESECAKE EVERYWHERE!!
