My gym was at normal capacity, still a trainer there running their little class. Only difference is they added a little table with extra bottle of cleaner, sanitizer, towels, etc.
Got an email from them last night. Not about Corona, but about an in person sign up special for training that's only valid the rest of the month lol

Still going. I’m still coming to work every day with germs everywhere. What would skipping the gym do? I’m going to the work gym tomorrow and hoping it’s empty. We’ll see if reg gym is still open next Tues. if not I have everything I need at home for a decent workout.

They better stay open. It's a 24 hour facility that isn't staffed. I will legit lose my chit if they don't.

Still going and don't plan on stopping. Had to take 3 months off due to a pretty bad hernia and surgery. Took about 6 weeks to start to feel "solid" again, but my stomach is still "bloated" looking.
I am a bit more cautious with the sanitizer and hand washing.
Kind of surprised you are all into the fancy chit. My ideal gym looks more like this.

Just curious, how long did you have it before you got it taken care of?
I had one for a few years and ignored it until it started causing real pain and I went to the emergency room. I was in surgery a few hours later.
In hindsight, probably should have addressed it sooner.
I got some good pain killers, it says dont take with alcohol but the symmetry between the 2 was quite pleasant.USMC 95-2000

2 months after the tear though it should have been immediate if the ER doctor had done their job.
Basically I had a small umbilical hernia that made me nauseous when the intestine pushed through.
The ER doc basically felt me up and referred me to outpatient surgery.
Once I was cut open they found out that the entire left side of my stomach was basically held in by a few muscle fibers doing a spider web thing.
I hated the drugs. Gave me trippy dreams and stopped taking them 3 days after the surgery. (Not a fan of narcotics.)Finance Degree - USAF INTEL - IIFYM - Injured Crew - KTM XCW300 - Single Track Trail Rider - NRA Supporter - Shunned from MFC - Libertarian - Pragmatist
