Same here. I went through multiple tubs.
I spoke to some one on IG who worked close with Seb (former owner) and asked him what happened to AE and Seb. I don't have my phone near me but I believe he stated that AE is no more (obviously) and that Seb has been working on introducing new ingredients to the market or doing some behind the scenes work.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Our parents and grandparents dying for one. If the healthcare system gets overburdened (it's coming), that will also include some of our peers.
This isn't a joke. Infectious disease experts and epidemiologists are predicting we will look like Italy in 7-10 days and hit critical capacity in our ICUs.
Our age group is mainly asymptomatic and spreading it to everyone else; now is your chance to save lives and stay home. Going to the gym, getting your nails and hair done, going to restaurants, etc. Cancel it all.

well at least you havee a home gym, that is dope. Just sucks about the work. Lot's of people are gonna take a big hit right now. I'm lucky to be able to conduct my work from home, being part of a small sales team, but I'm seeing a lot of push back from organizations reassessing their spend for 2020 as a result of all this craziness. Hopefully we can get this under control sooner rather than later so people can get back to making, and spending money.
As for me, the park is my new gym. Not gonna lie, it's been a bit of an eye opener for me: I've been training the same way for years now, all big movements for strength w a bit of hypertrophy mixed in, and I've been a bit stalled. I've done 3 outdoor sessions, all calisthenics and various cardio; I haven't had doms like this in years....also pretty sure I pulled my groin and have shin splints lmao I need to reassess mixing my training up more often.Squat and Deadlift

As far as work, my Brother-in-law and I are both C/Os so we are set (a lot of overtime now), it's my 2 other brothers I worry about and my parents. One brother works at Winco and the other is a District Manager at Dollar Tree, Dad is a machinist/quality control inspector and Mom is a Manager at Target. Once things shut down further they will be hit by it hard.

Doubtful. You can't tell people to stay in their homes and not leave except for necessary supplies/emergencies and then close retailers of foods and household products.
Grocery store employees have become "essential" "front line" workers. If we are really going to get people to pull their heads out of their collective asses and take this thing seriously long enough to make it better by easing the spike on healthcare, we have to keep retailers open for drive up orders and for home delivery. Big companies with tons of supply chain and logistics experiences and capability that have foods, cleaning supplies, clothing, kids entertainment and educationally-relevant stuff...like Target and dollar stores and Walmart, Publix, Kroger, Aldi, etc, are going to stay busy.
And a lot of companies are going to pay people as special PTO/sick time/something, because another thing everybody knows we must do to keep any kind of chances of being able to call this a "nothing burger" come later this year or next, is to keep people collecting their paychecks as much as possible.
Not a good time to be wondering how it'll go down if you're a sole proprietorship that relies on going into people's homes to work, though, I imagine.

Take your PW then hit the park and combine pull ups, dips, and push ups and you got your upper body covered
for lower body do body squats changing foot placements to hit quads from different angles, body weight lunges,
stiff legs also using body weight but focus on moving slow and getting a good stretch. This will keep you good
until your gym opens back up

That's exactly what I've been doing so far, and in line w my plans! I did some sprints and jumps yesterday that really ****ed me up lol thats where the groin pull and shin splints are coming from. Should be a needed change of pace that I would have never done without prompting though. Guess there's a silver lining in everything! (just a joke, this entire situation sucks)

I found out about a gym locally that's allowing no more than 50 people in it and is still open while all the rest closed. I'm waiting to see if WI decreases it to less than 50 people to see if that gym will close. I'll basically be doing arm day at my gf's apartment gym until I either decide to try this other gym out or just try and increase my arm size during this break.
FrustratingProgressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
