Hey Brah with your proats recipe do you add all these ingredients in at the start apart from whites which is midway through? I've always added it after but maybe I've been doing it wrong.
125g egg whites
100g oats
90g frozern berries
30g whey
550g water
cook on medium for 12 mins 30 secs add whites in at 615

Tried it this morning and it was fairly soupy still, at the midway point when I added the whites there was still a fair bit of water so at the end I added some xanthum gum to thicken it up. Our mediums on our microwaves are probably different, will use less water or give it more cooking time next try. Tasted great and much more volume for 100g oats then I usually get.

i just had it then try it on high bro cant go wrong it will just be boiling hot ! just out it in the freezer for 10 mins i do it when i have pumpkin oats or apple cinnamon oats gets sooooo freaking hot haha or go put on medium for 20 mins try 10 each time once you hit it on spot the volume is crazy !MUTANT ATHLETE
