Legs
GVT 10x10 squat special! Yeaaaaah Buddy!
Decided to try something new today. My quads were sore just thinking about it on the way to the gym, but honestly I've never been so excited for leg day!

Killer! the Last 4 sets I thought I was gonna pass out.
The last 5 reps on my final 2-3 sets were so tough. I probably looked like an idiot grunting it out at 160lb's but I don't care!. I had a great workout, gotta try this again somethime!

I was gonna call it a day, but I looked at the clock and realized I had only been at the gym for 40 minutes....
Couldn't let that happen...
So I decided No leg day would be complete without deadlifts...
3. Deadlifts

4. Bodyweight single leg step ups ( onto ~ 2ft platform)

and that was it.
I finished my myofuel during the 10x10 squats .

Push day
good workout, nothing special.
Was later in the evening due to a packed day with work and other obligations.
didnt even plan on lifting but after eating horrible all day then topping it off with birthday cake... what choice did I have!?
1. Bike----Warmups----shoulder/joint warmups

burned bad but... ya know, I love it so I had to keep it up...

Could barely lift the bar my last few reps, don't care. Kept good form, no legs involved. felt great.
4 &5 dips 'n pushups supersetted
4 sets of (narrow ) dips x 12 followed by pushupsx10
could only get 7 pushups the final set.
love doing this superset. alll bodyweight. simple, yet effective...
6. pec flies (standing)
4x10
7&8 cable overhead tri ext superset with DB front delt raises
5 sets total
front delt raises (15 lb's SLOW up and down)x 15 each set
tri ext x10 each set
Man I had a long day, like I mentioned. worked out in the sun, ate awful food, felt awful by 9:30pm when I FINALLY went to workout.
I mixed up the myofuel and guzzled down the final gulps during my military press. I was thirsty man and figured I could use the fuel to help with my early workout compund lifts.

PULLY PULLY PULLY!!!!!
got a good one in today! Felt great (looked great, not to brag). Starting to feel pretty cut AND big. Got compliments on my "abs" yesterday!
1. Lat Pulldowns
---warmups--- 1x8 @ 40 lb's, 1x8 @ 60lb's, 1x8 @ 80 lb's, 1x 8 @ 100 lb's
---Working sets--- 5x8 @ 140 lb's
2. lying 2 handed dumbell rows!!! (love this movement!)
---1x12 @ 35 lb's (each hand)
---1x12 @50 lb's
---1x10 @60 lb's
---5x8 @70 lb's
3. SHRUGZ, dumbell no straps brah
---warmups--
---working sets--- 5x10 with 100 lb db's
4. (prone) reverse DB flies
---4x15 with 10lb db's (it's not the weight brahs, it's the way you move it lol)
5. seated incline curl's
---5x12 Buuuuuuuuuuurned! felt great!
6. Preacher curls
---3x6
----1x8
and that's it!
Really felt great today! Hope my next few workouts feel just as good!
I had 1 scoop myofuel in 16 oz water, then when I had 4 oz left I diluted it with another 10 oz water so it would last til the end of my workout!Lift hard. Sleep later. No excuses!

Only did 2 movements today. Squats and deadlifts.

---Got 1x6 @ 365, what choice did I have? lol. Took alot out of me, saw some stars and got light headed. dat dere cns overload.
---405lb failed rep after repping out the 365.
---went down to 315 and got 1x2 and felt dizzy so I called it a day.
Good workout. can't go wrong with squats and deads. Def needed more volume on the deads, but Oh well Im happy with the 365x6
Still had bad quad doms from the 10x10 squats a few days ago, so Im ok with taking it easier today.
I've never been able to get 365 for that many reps after already doing squats and not being fresh. Myofuel may have certainly came into play in this workout for me to accomplish that feat.
In other news, I have 1 scoop MYOfuel left, so tommorow will be my last workout for the log. I'll give a full detailed write up afterwords! This has been a great journey and I am very glad I got to log this product! Thanks again for the opportunity!Lift hard. Sleep later. No excuses!

Upper body---Supersets on supersets
Sorry it took so long to document my workout after lifting on Friday
Been on a long shift and this is the 1st chance I've had at work to get on the computer
anyways last scoop of myofuel sad to see it go. I may order some more very shortly. Loved the workouts, loved the long term gainz, loooooved the tste. Literally no negatives I can think of.
---Warmups---
Then for the workout...
1&2 DB chest press superset DB bent over rows
Each set was same weight/reps for each separate movement
1x8 @ 25lb
1x8 @45lb
1x6 @60lb
1x5 @75lb db's
Why don't I do this more often!? Felt great!
3&4 Pullups Superset with dips (bodyweight)
4x10 each movement
5&6 BB military press superset with 45 lb plate shrugs
12 reps of shurgs in between each set...
1x12 @45lb
1x6 @65
1x6 @85
3x5 @105
1x8 @85lb
7&8 Pec Dec--- Flys superset reverse flys
5x12 each movement
9&10tri overhead ext (cable) superset with 30lb db bicep curls
5 sets:
set one: 12 tri ext, 10 curls
set two: 12 tri ext, 9 curls
set three: 9 tri ext, 7 curls
set four: 9 tri ext, 8 curls
set five: 7 tri ext, 5 curls
Had to start going to failure on this one... killed me after the compound movements
11&12pushups superset reverse rows
2 sets
set one: 8 pushups, 8 RR
set 2: 5 pushups, 8 RR
ahhhhh had to get in a good workout like this before my long shift.
72 hrs is a long time to not lift
luckily I was able to do some heavy squats yesterday at the firestation, but time besides that time has not been on my side
stand by for my final write up, if I can't do it tonight, I will when I get off duty.

MyoFUEL Final Review
Well folks, I have completed my log, and what a journey it was!
Myofuel was one of the best supps I have ever experienced for a number of reasons, and I wish I had a bottomless supply! Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. I would definitely like to purchase a supply in the near future!
first things first
Taste
Wow. Incredible. Like I sad in my first post, i was very impressed with how good it was! very hard to believe it could taste so good and sweet with 0 carbs, must be some kind of wizardry involved lol.
Never got tired of it! In fact I found myself craving the taste even when I was not using it for working out, but I had to restrain myself and put the fuel to good use.
I got a second opinion from the girly, who is one of the harshest critics when it comes to supplements. She USUALLY never wants anything to do with supps but I convinced her one workout, when she was "tired and not motivated" to try a scoop of myofuel. She could not stop talking about how good it was and kept wanting more.....but I was stingy after that because daddy needs da gainz!
10/10 taste no room for improvement, goooooood stuff!
I even tried mixing with gatorade once for experimental purposes... and it was goood, but the myofuel by itself with water tastes so great I hate to mess with the flavor!
Mixability
Again, I have absolutely no idea how you guys did it, but it stayed homogenously mixed throughout all my 1.5 hour workouts. no sediment, no grit, no negatives. it was like a juice or gatorade type mixture. and again 10/10.
The workouts
Awesome! I loved the electrolyte replenishment myofuel gave me through my workouts. I absolutely feel that I was able to pump out a couple extra reps here and there, and would even do a few extra movements than normal because I felt so dang good!
throughout this time i did not take any other pre-workouts! It was awesome to feel pumped with no stimulants/caffeine type pre-workout!
(used a preworkout 1 time all month, just because I had stayed up all night like an idiot and had to hit an early gym sesh)
Pump was great! at times I felt like my muscles were gonna rip through my freakin skin! made me feel sick walking around in my tank top after my workout feeling pumped up....and the pumps lasted...and lasted.... for hours! no kidding. Vascularity was great, saw veins I have never seen before. Something in this myoFuel was seriously magic.
Long term?
Lost weight, gained lbm.
nuff said.
...but of course I'll elaborate.
My abs became visible during this month. My goa was to cut weight for summer (hence the thread title) but I expected a certain amount of muscle loss to go along with it, which is just a sad fact of cutting. My last bf% measurement showed that I had weighed the same, but looked bigger and more cut. Revealed that I had actually lost 1lb of fat and gained a lb of muscle.
In case you guys are unaware....that SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. but obviously no complaints here.
So happy with the results and can't wait to hop back on the good old myoFUEL!
I reallly would like to thank SSE and RossErstling for this opportunity and after this experience, would LOVE to log and give input for SSE supps in the future.
