Wow. That is probably the best lifting song EVER!
I feel your pain, w/o my iPod it's a no go.
Didn't they stop making the Zune awhile back due to crappy sales?
iPod > all. Period.
I remember the 'record player'
Thxs bro, any questions feel free to ask...we know some of our items are worded in ways we recognize but you are in the right place. This online community we have here it the perfect place to learn, ask, and soak in knowledge like a sponge.
Happy New Year to you as well!
E! W'sup bro, glad you made it over here.
8-track is old. Thanks storm, we're just getting started!
Booog! You too bro, hope you had a great New Years Eve buddy!
Indeed. Family is the most important thing.
With that being said, my goals for 2012 are along the same lines as my boy schmack.
- Being a father/husband is a learning process, everyday brings new challenges but everyday is a gift that I cherish with my loved ones.
- My 1 yr anniversary is coming up in 2 weeks, so I'll be playing the Gloria Gaynor song "I Will Survive!" LoLzz....just playin, my wifey is incredible.
- Per my career, I have my sights set very high and have some huge things planned for the next 6-7 months, I will remain very busy but at the end of the day it's all worth it. Planning for the future is so vital. Everyone should really start planning in their early 20's, once you have a family you're really playing catch up. Luckily I've had a great foundation for years so no worries. Only worry I may have is not staying challenged in my career, I thrive off challenge.
The vids in your journal are great, that fast played one with you devouring those steaks was classic! As you know, but others may not..my ongoing journal is in my sig...MATZvsGENETICS....at around 103 pages right now, started May 2011.

Aloha thanks for stopping in. I think I am going to change my format to what Matz uses so that folks don't have to make adjustments. Matz is this cool with you?
Welcome bro! This is to motivate all and to all to motivate us.
You are in the 8 track days and vinyl. I am part of the Beta failure and the tail end of 8 tracks. I still like Vinyl since it has that unique sound to it. sometimes too crisp and clean doesn't work for the older artists.
Beta was always greater than VHS.
Wassip Pharma been a while and welcome. If I recall you are in on Beta Cret also?
You too bro.
Family is certainly the most important. I left the cube life working 60 plus hours for the past 2 years and I was seeing my kids grow before my eyes.
I took a smaller role in my work life but a bigger role in my personal life. Feelsgood!
Bro those goals are awesome! Gonna hit something at my home gym today just not sure yet.
Beastmode WTF!

Wassup everyone? Happy New Years day to you all.
Headed to the gym in a bit for Day 5 -legs- of the Kai Greene Program....will have to monitor how leg press and squats affect my lower back strain as I'm still feeling it, more so now towards the hip bone.
I share recipes from time to time, and just enjoyed one of my favorite protein shakes so I wanted to get this out there, try it out, it's excellent.
Almond Joy Mochaccino Protein Shake
- 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 scoops SYNTHA-6 mochaccino protein
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1. Put all ingredients in blender, mini bullet or mini blender & mix.
2. Drink
3. Enjoy the mouthgasm
I use a Hamilton Beach mini blender, works quite well. I had a Magic Bullet, it doesn't mix everything. Threw it away.

Indeed! hate tony and the cowgurls, Giants fan since birth so it's only natural!
quite LoLzy! It is a sexy shake recipe, go make one for you and your girl
almond milk = 40 cals, 3.5g fat, 1g protein
almond butter = 180 cals, 16g fat, 7g protein
choco chips = 160 cals, 12g fat, 2g protein
shredded coconute = 110 cals, 10g fat, 1g protein
syntha-6 = 400 cals, 12g fat, 44g protein
and full of NoMzy
You can skip the coconuts, if you're allergic or don't like, everything else is groovy. Coconuts just add a nice flavor/texture to it.
Yep, wheelz day in a few..putting together the music now.
