Jesse said he switched the poisoned cig to a new pack that morning. The kid was there the night before so he couldn't have smoked it if Jesse had it the next morning. It was definitely what Walt said. Tyrus got it from Jesse's locker and they poisoned the kid during the day. Gus could have seen the reflection of the sun off the glasses and thought that someone out there was watching him. I highly doubt it was Saul though. His characters done some low things, but killing a kid is too low. Calculated move by Gus is more likely IMO. Walt wouldn't have done it either - honestly, when would we have had the time to do it? Not even a plausible theory and it would take away all sympathy the viewer has for Walt.
Can't wait for next week - my guess is Hector's gone to the DEA and outs Gus and Jesse, hence why we see Jesse in an interrogation room in the promo. I wonder who that is chained up in the lab though? Can't even wait till next week.
