Wow those are some incredible 3RMs PR, way to throw down!
I'm a huge fan of Versa Grips or anything VG-like, x2 they're great on the accessories. I don't need to be worrying about my grip on pull ups and heavy ass rows. You can focus so much more on the actual lift you're doing and not your bloody callouses (calli?) ripping off. My hands get torn up enough just from bench press srs.

Straps >> Gloves. Gloves just increase the width- making things harder to grip
Thanks! It's party time!
You humble me Vic!
Thanks Buddy!
Callouses suck. I file them twice a week and they still get on my nerves. I'd file them 3 times a week but I can't file them the day before I bench, so I only have two days a week where I can.You can't help the hopeless.

Mine get progressively worse during the week until they're so big that they get pinched when I'm lifting. I just use a pumice stone.
Today's Workout: Squat Primary + Bench Secondary
Weigh in: 188.8- really need to reign in the cals
Warmup: 5 min exercise bike, facepulls, arm circles, bodyweight step ups
Squats
5x95, 3x135, 2x185, 1x225, 1x275, 6x1x295, 4x2x235
I knew these would be tougher since I squatted yesterday, but it wasn't so bad. Got good depth across the board.
Bench Press
5x55, 3x75, 2x95, 1x115, 1x135, 1x155, 1x160, 4x1x165, 4x2x140
Working on my pauses.
Leg Press
3x4x570-PR
Sissy Squat/Standing Leg Curl (4:0:1:0)
4x8x64/4x8x44
Went up on the leg curls.
Facepulls
4x15x23.7
Went down a bit on the facepulls. Eh!
Hammer Curls
4x14x20
The pump is real.
Tricep Kickbacks
4x14x15
Oh these burn.
Standing Cable Crunch/Hanging Abs
3x15x50/3x12
The physiotherapist was pointing at me as I was doing hanging ab raises. Not sure if I was an example of what to do or what not to do

Holy leg press
Way to go on that PR!! LOL at that dude doing leg presses. I love seeing those videos of people doing stupid chit at the gym and using the equipment totally wrong
My journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159386641
2018 goals:
Lift more than I did in 2017, which won't be hard because I haven't lifted much since March 2017
Build back the muscle I lost while I went through a "I hate lifting" phase
Love lifting again

I couldn't help myself when I saw that pic. Don't think the chest press machine at my gym could work for leg presses, but it would be fun to try.

Oh Lord. Yeah, I have no idea if there's any validity to that post, but the picture was hilarous.
High rep squats are crazy. I swear they're harder than heavy singles.
My legs are so tight right now. The post squat-day struggle is real.
I have a feeling you like being tortured. I'm usually just thinking, don't fall down, don't fall down.
I'm not sure. Given my diet, I might end up with like a tub of ice cream or something.
Thanks
Today's Workout: Fasted Cardio
Stepper
20 minute intervals w/ 6 minute cooldown
Flights climbed 64.
Kettlebell Swings
25x70lbs
Pullups (Neutral grip)
2x1
Yeah, I did a full pullup all by myself, and then I did another one. If this chubby girl can do it, so can anyone.
Trap Bar Deadlifts
10x95lbs
They were already set up, so I did some.
Limber 11
I can already feel the lat soreness coming. I'm going to end up being one of those people w/ Imaginary Big Lat Syndrome, I can tellYou can't help the hopeless.

Nice one on the pull-ups! I tried one the other day when I was feeling all good about my chin-ups. I literally moved up an inch and could go no further lol!!

Thanks Buddy
My elbows are usually pretty cooperative, but they take a pretty big beating over the week with all of the benching, curls, skullcrushers, etc. Neutral just feels the most natural, so I keep that grip when I can.
Now if only I had a tricep bar at the gym ... hnng!
Today's Workout: Squat Secondary
Weigh in: 185.1
Warmup: 5 min exercise bike, leg swings, arm circles, pullups 4x1
Front Squats
5x45, 3x65, 2x85, 1x105, 8x10x120-rep and set PR
These were brutal. My shoulder did not want to support the bar. Hoping fewer reps @125 goes better next time.
Seated Calf Raises
4x15x235
Standing Calf Raises
4x12x150
Leg Curls/Sissy Squat Superset
4x7x120/4x8x68
