5/16/14- Friday CF
Warm- high knees, butt kickers, sit squat, run 400 (ankle was pissed)
Visited with one of the gals that works as a phys therapist about my L ankle as it has not gotten better. Sprained. Never imagined pain in the front of the ankle to be a sprain. So, get to take it somewhat easy the next week.
Skill- ME Squat for those who had not yesterday
No bars dropped on me, so that was good! One of the gals got a 30# PR and Gen got back to 175# which made her happy considering how little squatting she has done in the past year.
WOD- 14 Min AMRAP
7 KB Cleans (ea arm w/ 53#)
49 DUs
Well, DU's aren't happening and I wasn't going to do box jumps in their place, so we chose short step ups to keep the impact to a minimum. So, I looked freakishly awesome doing step ups to about 16#. I spent as much time near redline as possible.
Finished with 6 rounds and 48 reps.
So, ice and rest as best as I can considering we are doing major yard work this weekend. Hence, a computer break right now to ice it.

Final Review Of GAT JetMass
Thanks a bunch to Swuu and GAT for letting me try out JetMass. I am happy to say that overall I liked this product.
Mixability - 8 or 9/10
Im torn on this because there were always some little grains on the sides of my shaker BUT I never tasted them. It was just something I noticed but it never affected the taste.
Taste - 10/10
I really liked the taste. It was like drinking juice to me. I had my husband try it once and he said it was tart. I never thought that. Different people...different tastes I guess. I liked it so who cares what he thinks right?
Effectiveness - 9/10
I dont know that I would give any creatine a 10 simply because it is hard to rate everything creatine is supposed to do. As a recovery product it is a 10. No doubt it kept the DOMS at bay. As far as strength gains I have definitely made some. It is always hard for me to say if that comes from the product or from form improvements. It could be a combo of the two. I felt good on this product. There is something to said for that. I definitely had plenty of "I feel like a badass" days. I think my physique has improved too even with the weight gain.POWERLIFTING TRAINING JOURNAL

Final JetMass Review:
Thanks Swuu and GAT for letting us test your product!
Taste- 9/10 The orange was neither sweet, nor bitter. Just right.
Mixability- 8/10 I am old school and use a spoon which tended to leave a couple tiny floaters. Never bothered me. Takes a special supp to mix 100% with a spoon.
Other- The beta alanine gives just a touch of the tingles and rush at about 10-20 minutes after drinking. Typically lasted a couple minutes.
Effectiveness- 9/10 I beat myself up in all sorts of entertaining ways in the 90 days I ran JetMass and it was a fantastic recovery product for me. There were many days that I expected to wake up with major DOMS and was pleasantly surprised at how functional I was able to stay. JetMass kept me upright and moving forward even after days of ridiculousness such as 20 reps of 295#, Heavy lifting, grueling Cross Fit sessions, hiking / mountain biking, and a Spartan Race.
Well done JetMass!Journal- One of the Ogres
