Get Altus straps, and then take a knife and carefully cut the stitching that creates the loop. Pull off all the cut thread and you have some longgg ass straps.

Back in LA on the 2nd. Set PRs in everything in my 2 weeks here: Snatch 75, Clean+Jerk 107 (also Clean 107, obviously), front squat 122x8, back squat 143x7, BTN push press 98x7, press 75x9. The only thing I didn't PR in was the Klokov press, which ground to a gruesome halt. That **** is hard as ****ing ****, and the fact that Klokov can move 120 kg off his traps is disgusting.

I was hoping to have some PRs for you guys but I haven't done chit over the past few weeks. Wrist is still jacked and I've been doing nerve glides to try and get it back in order. Down to 144lbs, but back squatted 170kg for a fairly hard single, front squatted 125kg easy, snatched 75kg, and cleaned 102kg all last week. Don't know how much of the classical lifts I can do in January but I'm planning on a lot of squatting, posterior chain work, and stretching.
How much weight do you guys cut for competition? Wondering if I could make it to 62kg if I had to.Oly lifter in progress

^^your squat numbers should say different I think.
My squats are so weak after getting back into things from that back injury.
**** this gay earth. I FUKCING hate set backs where your numbers go down. Biggest discouragement for me. Gonna do Texas linear to get backSnatch: 122
