i always eat relatively heavy however.....
i eat heavier the day before a big lift day. usually works out pretty well. my training times are sporadic though .The dumber people think you are, the more surprised they're going to be when you kill them. - William Clayton

4/25/14- CFit. Some Friday after-work stress relief!
Warm- foam rolling, sit squat, ankle work, wall ball, box jump, OHP
WOD- Fight Gone Bad
3 rounds of 1 min each:
Wall Ball
Sumo High Pull
Box Jump
Push Press
Calorie Row
Do a round = 5 min work, 1 min rest...repeat
I got in the mid 200's. One of those workouts where you just keep focused on breathing and ignore the pain.
I managed to get the left side racked on Push Press for the first time in my adult life. Progress!
Then lots of stretching

Made a detour and went up to the hospital dressed just like that as our niece had her 2nd baby last night. Cute little dude! Finnly was 6 lbs and 12 oz and latched on to eat within 30 minutes of being born. We showed up just as he was finishing his first real meal.Journal- One of the Ogres

Working on getting the bar weightless. Did not finish any with the 135, just letting it drift as high as I could, as close to the body as I could.

Moved my feet out several inches so I could make room to drop down and get chest up

Warm- 200 m run, pushups, situps, calf work, squat work
Skill for Time-
800 M Run
800 M Row
Done in 830 ish. First time I have run an 800 in about 10 months!
Skipped the WOD and spent the better part of 90 minutes stretching. Got an adrenaline rushes from putting a bar on my back, taking a clean width grip, and then step up to a rack with a bar in it just below the clavicles and set my elbows on the bar in the rack. Then pull the torso down and back a bit = stretched the tris, lats, shoulders.
Warmed down with another 800...yep, a mile today. And no Bear was chasing me!Journal- One of the Ogres
