    To my understanding wraps can be worn so tight as to wear they contribute to your lifts acting as an aid to lift more weight (they can also be light enough wear they dont depending on how u wear em) sleeves on the other hand just keep ur knees and connective tissue warm.

    Yeah adipowers rock. They distribute more of the weight to your quads than most ppl are prolly used to so I need to get used to that but they are amazingly solid. Squatting with them on is like squatting with ur feet glued to the floor.

    And the knee sleeves rock as well - P - they essentially just keep ur knees warm and prevent injury while squatting. With my knee acting up last week i didnt wanna push anything so i purchased em. I love em.

    I havent been able to make it to ppls logs but but i should be able to soon.

    My last id was 340x4 squats, failed on OHP, and 335x5 for dl. My diets been slacking so im going to commit to GOMAD - its harder to eat properly when ur in school unfortuanately.
    Great work on the squats and deads Musid. Your knees and that glute tweak must have settled back down pretty quickly

    Yeah andrew knees feel fine now glutes still not 100 percent but im stretching and foam rolling it like none other. Glute does feel much better tho

    Rehbands are the sleeves that receive the most praise around here that i see, so i got them and i love em. IK andrew is getting the tommy konos on monday so id check his opinion on them before getting anything but ive heard stories of ppl buying the konos vs rehbands and everyone liked the rehbands more from what ive seen at least.

    Id be interested to hear Andrews word on them.

    Nice job on bench. Man, that's awesome that you have access to a real GHR now. I used to do the whole lat pulldown band-assisted GHR setup and that always wrecked my knees. Strong all around as always.

    Ty everyone! I appreciate all the support! And yeah - GHR machine does rock, my hammys are still a lil sore lol.

    The GHR machine is what encouraged me to do my volume squats at the school's gym.

    Great session and great vids Musid!
    Really strong benching and the form looked solid .. you've got plenty more strength to close in on a 3pps single
    Squats are very strong .. a little bit of 'good morning' the weight up from the hole but it never looked difficult
    Deads are looking easy for you and you're looking really thick ... you've added a lot quality mass over the last 6 months
